The results are beautiful and their attention to detail is noticeable. I wish there was a little caulk placed around the windows well where some stucco was removed but I'll be able to do that easily enough.

They arrived as scheduled and finished the same day.

Nick and John were very professional during the entire process of the egress window install. They were always on time and extremely courteous. The dirt that resulted from the dig in the yard was carefully placed where we requested, as was any sawdust from the yard where the cutting was done. They also took special care not to get too much dust in the room where they were working, and cleaned up behind them very well. The job they performed was of high quality and professionally done. Even the inspector commented on what a nice job they had done. We would definitely recommend these guys for any work someone may need done, and would use them ourselves for any future jobs.

Everything went very well from the first call for information to the finishing of the job. They were very professional and excellent quality of work.

Sent them a message and include pictures of my old window well. Met with Don and talked about what we wanted to do and discussed some different options. They were on time and were able to finish in 1 day.

Getting a quote was pretty quick and easy; we did the self-quote to save a little money. We are making two legal bedrooms in our basement so we had to ask a lot of questions about codes and the proper way to install in order to ensure we are doing the remodel correctly. Kristen and Dan were always willing to answer our questions quickly which I appreciated. The install took a while to schedule because the company is busy. We got on the schedule about 3-4 weeks after making the down payment so we just had to plan our remodel accordingly. The day the installers came we had zero issues. The installers were professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The work was all done in one day, just as promised, with no "surprise" issues. The installers also brought drop cloths so that dirt wasn't being tracked all over our house; very nice! And when they were done at the end of the day they even wiped down the floors to make sure all the dirt was picked up. We've had a lot of contractors over during our basement remodel and the egress window guys have by far been the most professional and efficient contractors we've hired. I wish there were more companies like this that we could hire!!

First, I want to tell the single women homeowners that The Egress Window Guy is a good resource. They are respectful, fair, trustworthy, hardworking & honest. It's tough for we women to feel safe & like we're picking good people so I wanted to start by saying this. My experience with the Egress Window Guy was awesome from beginning to end. It started with my phone call to Kirsten who was so nice and very professional then said it came out to my house to provide me with a quote. Said was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of helpful information. I took my time to look at different window wells her since recommendation and decided the best one for me would be the wood. I was a little nervous about spending the money but I really wanted this to be nice because it is in the front of my house. I had a family emergency three days before my window was to go in and Nick and his crew worked with me from beginning to and even though I was in Montana, Nick would call me frequently and give me updates and even did FaceTime with me so I could see how it was going. Nick walked through the inspection & called me afterwards. Now my neighbor is getting one & I will also get another in a year. I highly recommend the egress window guy.

From quote to install it was a great experience. The installer Nick did a great job, kept me informed of what was going on, he kept the work site outside and inside my home clean. He is a worker. wish I had more contractors like him working on my other projects. It was the one project that was completed without surprises . thanks and I will definately recommend you to others.

I was impressed that they did not tear up any of my grass with the backhoe and they piled the dirt up neatly and where I asked. The window looks great and I am pleased.

I couldn't be more pleased with how things played out from beginning to end, they made the entire process pleasant and comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone I dealt with (both in the office and onsite) was great. The crew that performed the work was highly professional, on-time, kept me informed throughout, and did a fantastic job. They left the site completely clean and took great care not to damage the lawn or anything around the work site. The quality of the work and experience exceeded my expectations!

Very friendly, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. From evaluation and quotation through installation, we couldn't have been happier. So knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The construction was done beautifully and the guys were very, very nice to have around the house. Everything was left clean and neat when they were finished too.

Don was easy to work with through getting an estimate. Kirsten in the office had excellent communication with us. Nick & Jake spent the day installing the window. They were friendly, courteous, and thorough.

It took about 6-6/12 hours from start to completion, Zack and Jake were the installers and they were fantastic. There was no mess in the basement at all. It was on of the best construction projects I have had.

I had received a couple of other bids and the bid of the Egress Window Guy was about the same as the others. I went with them because of their good rating and the fact that they specialize in egress windows. Throughout the process they were responsive and professional. I am really glad I used them. Everyone who sees the new windows says how good they look. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have an egress window installed.

I'm very happy with the way the egress window looks and functions. It is now the nicest window in my house! Don was a very helpful consultant and had good recommendations on location, color, and style. I opted to upgrade the window itself and chose some non-standard options. The entire crew of folks at Egress Window Guy didn't mind at all. They were very responsive and handled all of my questions promptly. The install went very smoothly. The workers took care and did not make a mess of the inside of the house. The exterior landscaping took a bit of a beating, but I anticipated that. The work was completed in the timeline planned.

When I bought my house, I did not see all the things that the initial contractors did wrong. Overtime the poor workmanship resulted in the deterioration of the concrete around the windows and the development of a sink hole around the well. The Egress Window Guys had a team look at the windows and helped me understand what caused the problem and what they were going to do to prevent it it in the future. The end result in workmanship was night and day. Great experience working with everyone on their team.

The rep came out to discuss the work to be performed. He was in and out in a very short time, indicating a mailed estimate would be forthcoming. Within 4 business days, the estimate arrived and was under what I originally budgeted for the installation of this window, so that's great news! The work was scheduled for completion within two weeks of the original visit. I was not the family member home at time of service, but was told the workers arrived on time and got straight to work (even while dealing with a very curious cat). The only complaint to be had is unavoidable - the sheer volume of noise when cutting through cinder-block walls to make room for the new window. I was worried about the dust being overwhelming, but clean-up after installation was not horrible, easily taken care of with a few passes of the vacuum. The work was completed by early afternoon, inspected and now looks amazing. I love the additional light that comes in the room and the peace of mind knowing that in case of emergency, the basement bedroom has an actual exit, is awesome. Highly recommend this provider!

Nick and Tyler arrived right on time to begin the job of installing the correct egress and window for my home. They were extremely courteous and professional and worked well together to replace the existing window and bring the egress up to code. They excavated the correct dimensions for the egress, installed the surround and the window, and improved the drainage in the egress and in my other window wells. At the end of all that, they also installed smoke and carbon monoxide alarms throughout the house. I was impressed at how quickly they were able to get everything done. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up so there was nothing left for me to do. The window manufacturer failed to ship a window screen so they informed me that they were ordering a screen which would be delivered within three weeks. At every stage of the project, they kept me informed and they made sure that the job was done correctly. I will definitely recommend Egress Window Guy to my neighbors and friends. Excellent job!
