Started up on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. City inspector was impressed with the work.

Theses guys were fantastic!!!! The two gentlemen who came out were so friendly, so professional, and did such a great job I would recommend them to anyone. They hand dug the well hole through a combination of tree roots and limestone in very cramped quarters. All the while they maintained a super positive attitude. Again, I would hire in a heartbeat.

Very nice company to work with. They did a fantastic job with our project. They made extra accommodations to bring in a one piece shower stall through the rough opening so we wouldn't' have to try and get it down the stairs of our older home. Very tidy with minimal dust on the inside of our home. Just two things I found disappointing. First, the original window was literally tossed on the grass in our back yard. We did agree for them to leave the debris there, however the manner in which they dumped the old window resulted in many shards of glass all over my lawn. With small children and bare feet this is a problem. I wish they'd been a bit more careful with the window disposal. Second the two contractors onsite left a bit of garbage, soda/water bottles and an empty tin of chewing tobacco. This is very unprofessional, my yard is not your personal dumping ground. I did not enjoy explaining to my 8 year old what chewing tobacco is.

Everything went very well from estimate, work, to payment. I was out of town for nearly a month when the last invoice (half of total cost) was sent to me; the company made no fuss about it and waited for me to return to send them a check. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Great – they dug a hole – put the window in, cleaned up and left in less than 6 hours & did not want to pay for a higher quality.

It went absolutely wonderfully! They were very good about explaining what they were doing and letting me know about what to expect. The Job was done incredibly fast for what they had to do. Installed 2 windows from scratch. Wonderful!! There were absolutely no issues and I would 100% use them again and suggest them to anyone! I wish I had more windows to put in. From initial consultation to the completion of the installation, the Egress Window Guy team were professional, on time and their work was excellent. I started the process with Kristen who gave me all the information that I need to start the quote. Once I accepted the bid, I worked with Dan, their project manager. He explained everything about the installation and scheduled the date. The installation team arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They completed the installation with a great deal of care and consideration for my yard and basement - there was no dust inside after they were done! The window and well was done with precision and the end result exceeded my expectations. I would and have recommended the Egress Window team to my friends and family.

Nick and Eric couldn't have been more competent and considerate in performing a job that had some unexpected challenges.

We used their "economy quote" service where we took pictures of the area where we wanted the window and sent them in to the company, and the total price included a discount since they didn't have to send anyone out to our house in order to do the quote. We chose to have them remove the dirt from the premises and install interior trim around the window which cost extra. Everything went smoothly. We went with their basic egress window package (standard window size, metal well) and we're pleased with the quality of the window itself as well as with their work. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished, were very respectful of our home, and took the time to answer our questions about maintenance when they were finished with the installation. We would definitely use them again.

From the beginning my experience was great. Kirsten was a huge help in the planning phase and was very patient with me as I changed our plans numerous times during the process. She provided multiple bid proposals as a result of my ever changing mind and couldn't have been more helpful. Once I finally settled on a plan, I was quickly scheduled for service. The crew (Nick and Kurt) showed up right on time on the scheduled day and went right to work. They literally worked for 9 hours straight the first day without a break. They obviously know what they're doing, and they're good at it. Aside from that they were extremely friendly, polite, and took great care to keep the house clean as they worked. It only took a day and a half to cut and install two egress windows with timber frame wells, and remove and replace two other existing windows. (Much of the work had to be done in the rain. No problem for these guys) This was a great experience and I would definitely hire them again. If you need egress windows, these are the people to call.

Everything went very well! They put down runner cloths to protect our flooring in the house and always took off their boots if not walking on the cloth. They put up a plastic "wall" to keep the dust out of the basement when they broke through the cement blocks. No mess! They arrived promptly and were courteous and professional. The window looks great and it will be great to have an escape window in the lower level of our home. Provides much more natural sunlight also! Very satisfied with the installation and quality of the window. Only wish we had arranged to have them take away the excess sand from the hole, which was a decision my husband made. I feel the extra cost would have been worth it.

The men Showed up on time which is amazing. Explained the job in detail. Worked hard cleaned up great. So sweet and professional.

The crew was very professional, even asked if it was ok to listen to music. Clean cut, respectful. They did a superb job. impeccably clean - even in the yard. You'd never know they moved 2 yards of dirt. Landscape looked great when they were done.

There was a last minute cancellation, so we were able to move our project up by almost two weeks. All permits were handled, all materials were on hand, and the work was all completed in a days work from beginning to end. The workers were prompt, courteous and professional. The gentleman who came out and gave us our estimate was friendly and helpful. The scheduling was done promptly and efficiently. The installers, John, Nick and Kyle, were absolutely fabulous! John and Nick stopped by the day before just so they could get the lay of the land and see exactly what they'd be working with. They were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. They took great care to protect my lawn and the lawn of my neighbor from the tread of the little Bobcat they used. They arrived on time the next morning and got right to work. They were efficient and left the place clean and tidy. The windows were top quality and the trim work looks great. They explained everything they had done and gave me opportunities to ask any questions. The job was completed by about 5:30 pm that same day. I would CERTAINLY recommend them to my friends!

Top notch company. Very professional, easy to work with and did a great job. I liked how I could get a discount by providing measurement and pics to save having to meet them for the initial estimate. Saved both of us time and saved me a little money. They were very efficient in their work, showed up on time and left it clean. The office was efficient in billing and very friendly and thorough.

Dan provided the written estimate. Dan was the project manager & at my request, provided a link to a dome-shaped clear cover that would fit this installation & John & Nick were the installation crew who also attached the cover. The installers were clearly very experienced. They worked well together, explained to me what they were doing & why & cleaned up afterward very well. It was all a completely positive experience and I'm very pleased with the result!

Extremely professional from the first inquiry, stellar communication thru entire process. Prompt, professional, courteous installers who even went to lengths to help me spread dirt. Walked us through the whole process, explained every step and even made sure the cat never escaped the house. Extremely impressed!

Process was great. Contacted their office and spoke with Kristen she gave me a few steps to take so she could get an estimate from Don (the owner) to me. Don called a few days later and went over everything with me. I received an estimate a day or two later. Zach and Tyler showed up as scheduled and did everything they said they would. They were personable, professional and worked hard until the job was done (didn't leave until 8pm). The only unusual thing about the process - for me - was nobody every came out to write up an estimate. They did it solely based on the info I gave them and the photos I sent. That almost led me to go to a competitor, but in the end I'm happy I stuck with them. Very satisfied with the work they did.

I was contacted within 48 hours of my request for a quote and it came in right on target and in line with the other quotes I received. I went with Egress Window Guy because of all the great things that I had heard from people that I know and trust. On the day of installation, two installers showed up and immediately went to work. It helped that the wall they were installing on was unfinished with a minor amount of old framing that they removed for me without charge. It was done and over so fast I couldn't believe it. They even spread the dirt along the foundation for proper grading on the side of the house with the window, saving me the effort! The lawn was left in perfect condition with no signs of anyone having been there. The work space was left clean and everything from what they did to how to maintain the window was carefully explained as I admired their workmanship. The city inspector came out a week later and even he was impressed by the quality of work. I have recommended Egress Window Guy to some coworkers who were looking for someone they could trust for a quality installation and fair price. I would not change a thing and would not hesitate to use them again if I put in more Egress windows. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the two men who did the installation. True Professionals.
