CLEANING SQUAD

They did an incredibly thorough job, I was very happy and signed up to have them do regular cleanings from here on forward.

When I first started using the Cleaning Squad, they came out and walked through the entire house with me, asking a lot of questions about how I like to have my house cleaned and what is important to me. (They do this because they really want to make sure they're meeting every expectation). After the first time they cleaned, they called to make sure that they performed to my satisfaction. They also left me know about a leak they discovered under my kitchen sink which I was unaware. They are a little more than what I've paid for in the past, but they are worth it. The Cleaning Squad does a wonderful job; my house feels completely clean after they've been here. (They clean like I would, if I had the time).

Cleaning Squad was organized and polite, really hardworking. And were really professional, they did a good job with the windows. They got there on time and the job was done quickly.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were very professional, and I would definitely use this company again. They were able to get right to me and they did show up when they were supposed to.

They do a great job! The price is per month. I think their price is very fair. I know they clean for special occasions, but I've never used them for that.

They came out to do a detailed estimate, but came back with an estimate of 40 hours which seemed extremely high to me, so I cut out cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets and cleaning the shelves in the office. They came back with an estimate of 35 hours which still seemed extremely high, but I confirmed that they would only charge for work done, and I was sure that the work they were doing could not take that long. My regular cleaning person does a regular cleaning of the top 2 floors + does all our laundry (sheets and towels only every other week) in 4-5 hours. She is obviously a good worker, but she doesn't have time for deeper cleaning like dusting the trim, and that's why I hired Cleaning Squad. They did the work, but the cleaning crew initially did not understand that they were not supposed to do the regular cleaning (which had always been very clear between me and the service), so they cleaned the top floor in full. Cleaning Squad did take off the time for the extra work that was done, so to their credit they ate that cost, and the net result was 20 hours for the work I described. Regarding my overall & quality score: I thought that one of the cleaners seemed very slow; she was cleaning the stove top which was not supposed to be cleaned, but I had just returned from my meeting and didn't yet realize that they were cleaning too much, so I thought I'd let the stove top go because I thought it would only take at most 15 minutes. She was still cleaning it 45 minutes later after I had fed the kids lunch. I saw her circling a sponge around and around and around one of the 4 gas burners, which didn't seem to be making any difference. Some of the other workers appeared to be working efficiently earlier, so it may only have been her. I didn't have much time to observe them over all. The other complaint about quality was that much of the trim work, which was the main focus of the whole thing, wasn't initially well-cleaned. I did some spot-checking at the end and found many areas where significant spots remained, or which hadn't been dusted, and which were easily cleaned off with a sponge. I showed them to Carlos, and he had the areas recleaned. But, I couldn't check it all, and after that I wasn't confident that a good job had been done overall on the trim. More of an o.k. job. Carlos did work hard to fix the quality issues that we found, so if you inspect the work you will probably be fine. I felt that the management of the service was professional and trustworthy.

I called the company and they came to our house to give us an estimate. They offer a mix-and-match variety of services. It just gets better all of the time. They do a great job and our whole family benefits from this service.

Very professional and prompt. Actual crew did a very good job with the exception of the master bathroom floor where it looks like they missed spots in the corners.

They are very professional about the job. They always show up on time to do the work. The are very friendly when they are there working for me then.

Cleaning Squad has been cleaning for me at my 2 level twin home for several months. I am absolutely satisfied. Their people are conscientious and just excellent. I've had lots of cleaning services and they are by far the best in terms of the quality of cleaning.

I was extremely happy with how well the cleaning crew cleaned my house. I think they did an excellent job, and Carlos and Maribel were a pleasure to deal with! Carlos came to my house to give me an estimate prior to cleaning and stopped in with the crew to make sure they knew what to do on the day they cleaned. And Maribel was very prompt and friendly in returning my call. I would happily use them again, but I think they may be a little expensive for me to use weekly.

Maribel returned my call the day after I left a message. She was very kind. She was able to schedule an estimate for me right away. Carlos came to our home and did a walk through and explained to me what they would be doing in each room and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule the cleaning for a couple weeks later. They had earlier times, but my schedule did not allow. I was home when the team arrived (including Carlos) and he introduced me to his crew. They were very nice as well. When I returned home after the cleaning was done, I barely recognized my home. It was cleaner than I had seen it in the 7 years I have lived here. I was VERY impressed with their attention to detail. I was so happy with the work that they did that I have asked them if they would come back every two weeks to clean. I have also referred them to a remodeling/construction company because of their quality work. Would HIGHLY recommend to others.

All requested work was done in a fine manner.

Maria was very polite and prompt on the phone. When Carlos was sick and had to miss our first appointment, she called in plenty of time. When he was sick and had to miss our second appointment, she didn't call until 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. She was very nice and apologetic, but it was still a huge waste of my time.

This is the third time, we've used this company. They do a fantastic job, every time. Very courteous, thorough and efficient. No disturbance or mess left behind. Job well done!

Called Carlos for an estimate, which he was able to do within a week or so. A week later we had our initial cleaning, which was more expensive than our regular ones, but again, totally worth it. Now they come every other week and whip this place into shape! They are so nice about our nutty dogs, and as I said above, work hard and efficiently. I am thrilled with this company and recommend it to everyone who will listen.

Carlos came out for the estimate and while he was here he cleaned my furnace filter and made two recommendations as well as giving me a quote. He was fantastic and instilled trust immediately. I wasn't home during the cleaning, but the result was fantastic. Also, Maribel (who runs the office) was very helpful and accessible (even on the weekend when she wasn't in the office - she still took my call). They are both FANTASTIC in dealing with their customers!

They showed up and hour early for the first session and were done in 3 hours. I thought they did a fantastic job, and am having them come every two weeks from now on. The ladies were patient working around my dog, and were quiet and efficient. They did all the regular stuff - dusting, bathrooms, floors etc., plus that stuff you never get to, like dusting walls, baseboards and behind the toaster. I appreciated that they were very careful with my things and tried to put stuff back where it came from. Not everything was exactly in the right spot, but close enough. The price is very reasonable, based on the research I did. Obviously, bigger houses will be more. Nice to see some benefit to this little place! The Clean Squad is great so far. Friendly, professional and a good value.

We left home to eat lunch and run errands immediately after they arrived, knowing that without us around, it would be easier for them. We came home to an absolutely sparkling town house. They even washed the front windows, and everything else was spotless. Baseboards had been cleaned, furniture (except for the very largest pieces) moved, so that they could vacuum under them. This is not my first experience with them, but I had to write again. They always send at least one worker who speaks English well enough, so that she can understand any issues we need to raise or any special requests. They never waste a minute of their time. I've been using a variety of cleaning services for more than 25 years, and this one is far superior to anyone else we've had in our home. There is absolutely no comparison. I'll never use anyone else again ... just hope it doesn't take everyone else 25 years to find them.

I hesitate to give an overall grade because I have had next to no contact with this company. But it is hard to give a higher grade than D when my limited contact really was not satisfactory.

They are just wonderful. The first appointment was a deep clean. I will then continue to use them every two weeks. Great people.

Carlos was very pleasant and polite when he came to give an estimate and ask about the specifics of what I needed cleaned. When I walked back into my home after the cleaning I was amazed! The house looked wonderful and the areas I had asked the Cleaning Squad to clean were spotless! The team was still working and everyone was very friendly and working hard. Carlos was supervising as he had promised. Presently, I have a very full schedule and I deeply appreciate having help cleaning our home. I am looking forward to monthly cleaning by the Cleaning Squad!

I am highly unsatisfied! I called Maribel in November, and she informed me they would not be able to perform the work until 12/12/2006, and I agreed. After leaving two voicemails & one conversation, they never even came to provide an estimate. They are very unreliable. I would not use.

I had an estimate done by Carlos. He was very professional. I told him exactly what I needed done. I was quoted eight hours ($28.00 hour/per person) and I asked the window cleaning to be quoted separately which was $98.00 for ten windows. I felt this quote was very reasonable given that the house was left very filthy by a tenant. Carlos and his team of two arrived a little bit late but he had called to let me know which was fine. They were all professional, friendly. Carlos said if I wasn't satisfied with any of the cleaning to call back. They definitely take pride in their work! I checked the cleaning and found that the walls hadn't been washed. I was disappointed since I had specifically requested that I needed it done. I called the office and found out the team had run out of time because the kitchen and bathroom took much longer than anticipated. I have to stress that these areas were very filthy. Carlos and another came out and washed walls, no charge.
