CLEANING SQUAD

The crew does an excellent job cleaning our home. Very thorough cleaninng, attention to detail, and little touches make all the difference. It's a great feeling to come home to a sparkling home (even the garage floor is swept)! Have also used for window cleaning and the price can't be beat.

They charge by the half-hour. We typically pay $134 for them to clean about 1600 sqft. We have no complaints at all. They don’t require us to be on a contract so we can cancel whenever we’d like.

They were great to work with. The person I spoke with on the phone to set up the meeting was professional and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for the estimate. They were right on time. We walked through my house and they took extensive notes. They were friendly and easy to work with. We ended up hiring another cleaning service because the estimate was more than we wanted to spend. 3800 SF house (5 BR, 2 full BA, 1 3/4 BA, 1 half BA) - $224 plus tax, initial cleaning $336 plus tax. We found someone else for $170 and does not require an initial deep clean.

They do an excellent job. They are right on top of things and always honor my requests.

The experience was WONDERFUL!! My mother was ill & recently passed away so she was unable to clean her 1st floor apt for several years. It was VERY dirty! I called The Cleaning Squad, spoke with Maribel regarding an estimate & Carlos came out the following day. He walked through the house/apt with me determining what I would need & want prior to the new renter moving in. He said they could even wash the windows if needed, however, I wasn't looking for that service at this time. I had specified when I called them, that I needed to get this done quickly because the landlord was painting & recarpeting the next week. They called the next day with an estimate & came out that very same day to clean! They were fast & did an amazing job! Both Carlos & Maribel were polite & understanding of my situation & handled the whole thing very professionally & with expediency. I walked into the house after they were there & not only did it smell beautifully clean but everything Carlos & I talked about was done! And it was done VERY WELL!! I liked what they did at my mother's so much that I invited them back to give me an estimate for monthly cleaning at my own home! I am EXTREMELY happy with this company!

They were very quick in responding. They came and did a complete house evaluation. They told us how much it would cost to get it cleaned once. They don?t require a few trips contract which I think is unique to them. We haven?t used them yet.

They are prompt, thorough and very flexible. The crew is very friendly.

I am always so impressed with the job Cleaning Squad does with my house, they really attend to the details and it feels like I have a brand new house when they are done! I have the same crew every service and they are friendly and very hard working. I decided to use them to clean all my windows this summer and again the quality of their work was outstanding, I recommend them strongly to anyone who is interested in hiring a cleaning service. I have used other services in the past and never been entirely satisfied, Cleaning Squad is definitely worth the price!

Looking for weeking to bi-monthly housecleaning. Called and they called back later the next day. Set appt for Monday at 9:00. At 9:45 they had not shown up. Never received phone call or any communication, so I called them and told them not to bother. A company not professional enough to show up for an initial estimate appt is not a company I would ever hire anyway.

They called me and told me they will not be cleaning my home because I called one of their employees stupid. My husband and I have been here each time and he agrees with me that I have never called any of their employees that. They have criticized my home when they come in to clean saying that it's filthy but I clean my home and it's not dirty when they get here and is an easy clean for them.

On time, team of 3 started working right away. Got to all areas, dusted, organized everything.

From the first cleaning almost 18 months ago to yesterday, the work was extremely good. The crew was very trustworthy. One young man would sometimes quickly sweep my garage for no charge. I was home most of the time and noticed the bill was not discounted if the crew left early. But I was charged if they did an extra room.

Wonderful, feel great when I come home to such a thoroughly cleaned house.

They have performed several monthly cleanings now and I'm very impressed compared with my old service. Items gently moved and replaced rather than seemingly tossed back into place, more thorough cleaning, they follow written instructions and no scuffs on the walls from equipment or rough handling of my items. The cost is a little more than my old service, but definitely worth not having the headaches the old service caused. The original estimate was very thorough and explained the process completely and the office has been very easy to deal with. My only complaint is that because of an entry issue on my part one time I was charged a fee for the missed appointment, which I completely understand, but thought it was quite high.

They do a great job and are very professional. I cannot be any happier, they have been a huge help.

Carlos is full of energy and very positive. He lets you know that he will bend over backwards to make you a satisfied customer. The first cleaning was beautiful. Subsequent cleanings were good but seemed a little less thorough. There was a misunderstanding when the cleaners showed up when they weren't scheduled and we were charged for it but we settled that. We had to stop using them because it was just too expensive, but I think they do a wonderful job and we would definitely hire them again.

They came out and went through the house advising me what they would do and what I wanted done. Before they left I showed them where the key was and they told me they would call back within two days with a price. It has now been a week and a half and I have not hear from them.

The owner was very professional and pleasant. I'm sure they do a fantastic job. Their price was in line with another cleaner who gave me an estimate, but higher than the company I ultimately chose.

Initial cleaning was excellent and I am able to keep up between monthly cleaning.

The Cleaning Squad is the best cleaning service I've ever used! Carlos and Maribel (the owners) are extremely responsive and place a heavy emphasis on customer service. The cleaning crew went above and beyond in every way. I am so pleased with how clean my house looks and smells. I will happily be using them again!

We found it somewhat difficult to connect with someone to arrange an estimate, leaving a couple messages before someone called us back. We finally arranged an estimate appointment; Carlos came as expected and was very professional. It took a few days in order to get a return call on the amount of the estimate; the price quoted was rather high, $160 to $170 for a two story, three bedroom house occupied by two people and a dog. Other estimates that we have received were around $125.00; our previous cleaner charged $90.00.
