Description of Work: Carlos the president came to provide a quote but never returned phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional. They should have the courtesy and respect to return calls or emails. They charge a flat rate of $32 dollars per hour per person. They wanted 5 hours to clean 1 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, and vacuum/dust. Very unreasonable! And 10 - 12 hours to do a deep clean. In a house that one person lives part-time. They pride themselves in flexibility but the time it takes is excessive.

Description of Work: Having recently moved to the area, I relied solely on Angie's List to find us a cleaning service for the deep clean of our newly purchased home. From my initial contact with Maribel, to my conversations with Carlos, they were nothing short of professional and welcoming. We had Carlos come out the day we closed on the home for an inspection and quote to deep clean our 2200+ sq ft home, shampoo the carpets and clean the windows (inside and out). After seeing the windows in the light, we decided against their cleaning right now, but went with the deep clean and carpet clean. The estimate I was sent after Carlos left turned out to be an over-estimate, which was nice! How often does that happen?! The workers were quick, but thorough and everyone was very nice. They were courteous of my infant son, my dog and the other contractors we had coming through the house at the same time. They payed down paper so we could walk over the wet carpet, too! Overall, we were 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: We had this service do our housecleaning for several years until things started to happen. We had started with them as window cleaners in the past, and did a good job until the last time we used them. They scratched our main windows with improperly cleaned tools and inexperienced staff. We had the original window company come and inspect to check and see how it all happened. The cleaning squad's insurance company did not cover this, beware! It is thousands of dollars and so far we are stuck. There seemed to be no remorse on their part and blame the insurance company. We also had 'smalls' damaged that we never really approached them about it. The final accident was when their vacuum cleaner blew up on our hallway area rug, which caused a large black hole . They called to tell us what happened ,and then quit! This too is not covered by their insurance company and we are still trying to figure it out. It's too bad because the owner is so polite and seems to try but doesn't take ownership of these accidents. These expenses and experiences are ones no other homeowner should have to endure, especially when you are told they are bonded and insured
