Cheryl at Edina Realty was instrumental in handling the short sale on my condo. She got me in touch with a property attorney, let me know what I needed to do to close, kept in contact with the loan company, kept me informed with updates, and gave moral support when necessary as the process took many months. She stuck with me the whole time, even accompanying me to the attorney and the court with legal issues regarding a persistent roommate. I feel she went above and beyond what was expected of a realtor.

Cheryl Martin was the perfect Realtor for my girlfriend and I. As first time home buyers, Cheryl was very informative and with us every step of the way. After she helped us find the perfect house, we were still able to call Cheryl with every little or big question we had. She was very easy to contact and always got back to us very quickly. Cheryl made us feel like her number one priority at all times. Cheryl was very flexible with showings. I traveled out of the country on two different occasions and she worked around my schedule with ease. When I returned from my travels I put together a day of showings with Cheryl. The morning of the showings I woke up and found and quot;the house.and quot; I quickly called Cheryl to see if she could add the house to our showings. Cheryl too had seen the house and had already scheduled a showing!! THAT WAS HUGE!! Cheryl quickly figured out what we were looking for in a house and found houses that fit exactly what we had in mind. She was very knowledgeable about the area which helped myself greatly because I grew up in Missouri. Like I said earlier, Cheryl was with us through the whole process. Her recommended closer was excellent and made for a very smooth process. I always knew I could count on Cheryl for honest answers and tons of support throughout the home buying process.
