I called Mark over a month ago to schedule a time. No rush. We picked a date - 2 weeks out - and scheduled. The morning of the service - he called to say he couldn't make it that day. I said no problem. So we rescheduled for the following week (today). Once again - he called today to reschedule. Not liking the way this was starting out - I decided to not go any further with Mark. Too bad.

He was very helpful & prompt. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about something regarding a furnace. He went above and beyond.

I was pleased with the work. He knew what he was doing and his pricing was much better than other quotes. I was very hurried because of the time of the year, next year I will have it done in February instead of the fall.

A 100% positive experience. They showed up a couple of minutes before the agreed time. I originally scheduled them for just the dryer vent & had another company scheduled for the furnace tune-up. They cleaned the dryer vent out. The furnace is in the same room as the dryer. They noticed it was filthy and asked me if I would like them to clean it (they did not know I had another co. scheduled). I asked if they could do the tune-up as well. They could, and it was $35 less than the other co. I agreed and canceled the other co. I thought Mark and Tom were very professional. While they were here, they cleaned behind the washer and dryer (since the dryer was pulled out), checked my chimney for dirt (and said it did NOT need cleaning, which they do), and tightened a faucet. All this was gratis, even though the rates were reasonable. A+.

Two men (one was the owner, I think )came with a truck mounted vacuum system and blew out all the air ducts. They showed up on time. The owner checked the furnace, dryer and refrigerator coils. They said they all needed cleaning. They did, but I declined his proposal to clean them. The second man cleaned the fireplace chimney from inside the fireplace. I don't know if he was supposed to check the chimney cap on the roof or not, but that was not checked. They took off their shoes when they arrived, and were careful about cleaning up. The owner said he cleaned the furnace for free when we were setting up. He also honored his company's coupons (which I found in the Yellow Pages).

Things went very well. They were on time and called to give me a ten minute warning. They were in and out in no time. I thought they were very professional. While he was outside he noticed that my central air unit needed cleaning and informed me. No high pressure sells tactic though which I appreciated. I definitely saw a difference once they were finished. Everything was nice and clean.

Mark and Tom were here when they said they would be and called on their way. They were very thorough and clean. They also inspected the refrigerator coils and told me how to clean them. They're very nice guys, and I will definitely hire them again. They are highly recommended!

I called Mark on Tuesday and told him what we needed. He explained the basic services and the pricing. I liked what I heard, and asked when we could schedule it. He had an opening on Thursday, so I went for it. He gave me an approximate time and that's when they arrived. Everything was on schedule and they worked smoothly and efficiently.

Mark was on time, cleaned our ducts with no mess, was thorough and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results.

Good. Both men were very polite and informative.

I thought they did a great job on the duct cleaning. They took off the grates and cleaned them. They also checked the dryer and the furnace. I thought the price on those extras might have been a bit high. But all around I was very satisfied. They did good work and cleaned up well.

The price included cleaning refrigerator and water heater. The air ducts were $60. They were prompt and they were good.

The crew was on time, polite, and professional. Company owner and a helper did the job. They have a clear pricing schedule based on number of vent registers. Ductwork in our 65 year old house had possibly never been cleaned. Understandably, there was some ''blow-out'' when the furnace fan was restarted. However, the mildew smell that I feared was coming from inside the walls is gone. Allergies are diminished. The house smells fresher throughout. The ductwork had been filthier than I could have imagined! These guys did a quality job with the right equipment.

Mark stopped by with in the hour. We looked at the water heater, and it was leaking from the drip tube connection. He let me know it would need to be replaced. He found that I was somewhat mechanical and suggested it would be much less expensive to do the work myself rather than pay him several hundred dollars. Not only did he suggest that, but then he walked me through what I needed in materials and how I would need to perform the work. He then offered to stop by after I hooked it up to make sure it was correct. Wow... you just don't find business owners like this anymore. I offered twenty dollars for just dropping by and he declined. What a nice, honest guy. I will be contacting him for my next plumbing job immediately.

I called Brouillette on Thursday, and they came out the next day to clean my dryer vent. I was concerned that the dryer vent had never been cleaned in the house (we're the 3rd owner) and noticed a lot of lint coming out of the vent. From the initial call with Tom to the cleaning (he was early at the visit and I saw the truck outside so I called to say he was welcome to start earlier) this was the best service, and Tom was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate him being honest with the condition of our dryer vent. I plan on using them to clean our entire air duct system after a painting project is complete. This is a wonderful service provider.

Mark and his assistant did a very thorough and efficient job. Very professional and prompt. They could have cleaned up around some of the vents and they did leave a couple of filters out (furnace and clothes dryer) but all in all I was very satisfied with the job. I will be using the service again.

Mark & Tom did an excellent job. They came early (after calling to confirm it was OK), and explained everything they checked. Mark made recommendations for items to clean without any pressure, and they both worked very professionally, and efficiently. They were also very friendly, and accommodating to our 2 preschoolers who were very interested in everything they were doing!

Mark was on time, called before he came, polite, professional and informative about extra work that could be done, but not pushy about ''selling'' that work. He and his work partner seemed well organized and efficient in their work. I was happy to use a small company's services.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL. INVITED ME TO WALK ALONG WITH THEM AND WATCH AS THEY WORKED. SUGGESTED I DO THE FURNACE AND SHOWED ME WHY AND I AGREED (PRICE ABOVE IS APPROXIMATE-CAN'T QUITE REMEMBER).

HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE JUST A LITTLE EARLIER THAN THE APPOINTED TIME, BUT CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WERE ON THE WAY. I WAS BRACED FOR THE WORST SINCE THE A/C IS QUITE OLD, BUT THE CLEANING AND REFILL DID THE TRICK, WORKS FINE NOW. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL MORE EXPENSIVE REPAIRS OR A NEW SYSTEM, WHICH IS THE SCENARIO I WAS CONCERNED WITH. MARK LOOKED AT THE DRYER WHILE HE WAS IN THE BASEMENT AND POINTED OUT HOW MUCH LINT WAS BUILT UP INSIDE (NOT IN THE LINT SCREEN OR IN THE DRUM, BUT IN THE INTERNAL DUCTING THAT PULLS THE AIR OUTSIDE). I HAD NEVER NOTICED. THE COST FOR THAT CLEANING WAS REASONABLE AND SAVED ME MONEY OVER HAVING A SEPARATE SERVICE CALL TO DO THAT.

OWNER IS THE PERSON WHO PERFORMED THE WORK. HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED, TOOK SHOES OFF WHEN CAME IN HOUSE.

MARK WAS ON TIME, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
