Were respectful of my house, being careful not to scrape walls or damage anything in any way. Were not perturbed when I had to postpone twice due to renovation reasons. Very polite.

It went great. They were on time and did the work in a timely fashion. They also showed me what they cleaned and gave me suggestions on when I should do the work again.

Mark explained his pricing over the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within several days. He arrived on time, and explained the process he was going to use. I had requested the duct and dry cleaner cleaning, and Mark suggested I might want to have the water heater cleaned as well. After they finished I installed a new furnace air cleaner filter; it's been three weeks since they did the work and the filter is still clean. Mark and his assistant moved some things so they could get to the registers, and didn't put everything back where it belonged but it wasn't a big deal for me to do that. They were careful to remove their shoes before walking on our carpet, which I appreciated.

Very well. Called on Friday - came out same day. Did the work quickly and our dryer works much better now. Great service.

I was incredibly pleased with the knowledgeable staff. They called ahead of time, arrived on time, and performed the work in a timely manner. I also felt that they helped me learn more about my house in the process.

I setup a time for a Friday night (4pm) to get the airducts cleaned. They called about 3:50 and said he was running behind and could still come out after 7pm. That wasn't possible for me having a little one that need to go to bed. He was nice enough to come out on Saturday morning between the window of 9-10am. He called at 10am and said he would be there shortly. I have never had this kind of service done so I didn't know what to expect. They hook up a vacuum to the furnace and take a air hose to each vent. (I thought it would of been some kind of sweeping tool.) The one complaint I have is he didn't take the vents off and bent a couple bars on the metal vents throughout the house. I guess I would hire again with some instruction to take off the vents.

I was able to schedule the work in about a week and half out. This was great since it was not emergent and worked well with my schedule. They were very professional and respectful of my property. Removed their shoes while in the house. It took about one hour and left everything clean.

The two-man crew arrived on time, were professional and polite. They did the job completely. Recommended I fix the mortar in the fireplace downstairs and pointed out that the fireplace was missing an ash door. Told me where I could go to buy a new one. For the upstairs fireplace, removed a big stone that had been placed on the chimney to keep out raccoons. Told me how to get rid of any raccoons. Suggested I got to Home Depot and buy a cap, product number 1111. They're easy to install, they said. Cleaned the chimney without dirtying any of the area.

They are very professional and they provided suggestions such as a Carbon Monoxide alarm.

He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and cleaned up when done.

Very professional from the start. Mark and his colleague came to he house on time, and thoroughly cleaned the air ducts, dryer, and air conditioner. He was up front about what needed it, and what didn't, and showed me before doing so. The house is 16 yrs. old, so most of the things needed cleaning, as the ducts were never cleaned. Very good experience, and would hire again. As a matter of fact, I've already referred them to a friend.

They did a great job! The guys were very polite and clean, and were very nice to our kids. They checked the fireplace, dryer vent, and air conditioner and found that they didn't need cleaning at this time, which saved us money.

Service was scheduled for the day after I called. Mark arrived promptly and cleaned the lint out of the dryer and ductwork using vacuums, etc. It had not been done for 5 years so there was a lot of accumulation. Now my dryer actually dries my laundry again!

Mark and Tom used compressed air and a large vacuum hose to clean our air ducts and registers for the first time, we think, since the house was built 66 years ago. They were quick and professional, and told us that the dust was about as bad as it gets, and they've been doing this for over twenty years. The amount of dust in the vacuum bag at the end of the job was horrifying. The furnace was pretty bad, even though it was serviced a year ago, and the clothes dryer was awful, but everything is as good as new now. Tom also recommended cheesecloth behind some of the registers to reduce dust in the air, and that the ducts be cleaned again in a year, because they were so bad, and then every two years. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience, and would certainly use them again.

I have had this service before and like them. They are prompt, efficient, and make suggestions on what they think you should have cleaned and then you make the decision. I chose to have all of the items they suggested (fridge and air conditioner) done. They were very non disruptive in doing their work.

We set up an appt. with Mark for May 31, and while he was a bit late, he did call before 2 p.m. to let us know that he would be late because a previous job was taking longer than anticipated. We bought our townhome about seven years ago, and were unaware that the air duct from the dryer to an outside wall was nearly 25 feet long. Mark pulled our dryer out from its narrow space, then cleaned the duct inside, then went outside where he used a long hose to clean the majority of the lint that had collected. In all, he collected the equivalent of half a laundry basket of lint, certainly enough to be a fire hazard. Mark was pleasant to have around, did the job quickly and thoroughly, and the cost was less than we had anticipated. We will definitely use him again when we need similar services.

Called on a Wednesday and was able to have them come on Friday which worked well with my schedule. The 2 gentlemen were on-time and had the job done in 45 minutes-used a giant vacuum. They showed me what they were doing and how much dirt they got out. They were professional and knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Very well. Mark and his partner showed up on time. They called while in route too. Clean truck, equipment and uniforms. Very professional. Showed concern for our pets. After initially only requesting our air ducts to be cleaned, Marked showed us how bad our refrigerator, AC and dryer were clogged with dust. We increased our $80 air duct only service to $341 for ducts, AC, dryer & vent, water heater, refridge and furnace. It was well worth the investment. We notice less dust floating in the sunlight through our windows.

Mark and Tom are very nice, professional guys, we wouldn't think twice about hiring them again or referring them to others. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was looking to have roto-brush cleaning done and he said they could do it, but probably didn't recommend it, that for 95% of houses, the vacuum method does the same job and is considerably cheaper. I really appreciated his honesty and got an overall good feeling. While in the house they were very courteous and were great about telling us what was going on. They made recommendations for things could easily replace ourselves, giving us details on parts, and also told us potential problem areas that we should watch. They also recommended cleaning our furnace and water heater, showing us why and explaining what is going on. This was a great experience!
