I was very pleased with their promptness. He came when he said he would and it took as long as he said it would take. It seemed like he did a good job.

This is a very good company. Mark arrived on time. He thoroughly cleaned all the ductwork. I have had this done here before by another company and was not satisfied. Mark did a very good job. I don't have to dust as often and the vents don't have to be vacuumed as much. Quite an improvement from the last company I used. Also, while he was here he checked, on his own, some appliances and noticed quite a bit of dust and dirt. He showed us the problem areas, asked if we wanted that taken care of and we did. Everything is clean and ready for winter. Mark is thorough and professional, polite and respectful. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The pricing was very fair.

Mark was very professional and thorough and did the work for us in a very timely manner. We really appreciated the fact that he checked the other appliances for us while he was there and was able to clean the furnace during the same appointment. He also gave us some other tips while he was there and that was great too.

There was absolutely nothing about the services provided by Mark Brouillette that wasn't A-One. When I called to set up an appointment, I had made up my mind to use this company just from reading all reports. They come highly recommended and I now know why. Mr. Brouillette set up an appointment within a week of my calling, quoted a general price, gave me an approximate time of arrival, and said he would call prior to his arrival. The day before, Mr. B. called to confirm our appointment. On the day of, he called 1/2 hour before arrival and was here promptly whereupon he went to work and, believe me, this was not an easy job. Mark worked non-stop for at least 3 hours, cleaning the ducts checking furnaces, dryer vents, water heater vents, refrigerator coils, and cleaning all superbly. When checking the furnace, he discovered a loose belt which he says still works fine, but we may wish to replace in the near future. He did a CO check and left cards on each furnace stating date of cleaning and check in adherence to order from Robbinsdale Housing Inspector. Rental units must be inspected every 2 years and furnace check was listed on the last report, so we are in compliance now. I especially liked the fact that Mark went about his business, doing exactly as asked, and not resorting to "heat merchant" tactics. Every one of those tasks the company can perform are tasks that we knew needed attention after many years of neglect. Mark operates the way I wish every service provider would operate and I couldn't be happier. Having looked at fees levied in reports from other customers, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the price charged me. Mark quoted each and every fee, and all of which I thought extremely fair.

Ken was on time, removed his shoes (!), laid down canvas tarps over our newly refinished hard wood floors and carefully explained what he was going to do to clean our vents. He left our house and our vents spotless. Ken even showed us some vent/electrical work in our basement that he felt posed a safety concern. He had no personal gain from showing us the "questionable" wiring but we are so thankful that he did. We had someone out to fix it and thanks to Ken's vigilance, very possibly prevented a fire from occurring. As my husband said, Ken was probably the most polite person he had ever encountered.

They did a decent job of cleaning my ducts, but my roommate found that one of the workers used the toilet and did not flush it.

Great experience. Mark is polite as can be and courteous. Knows what he is doing. Showed me the progress (handfuls of dust and debris) so I knew the procedure worked. Gave recommendations for when to perform the service gain. Very courteous of my time. I felt I got a great value.

I made an appointment to have my dryer vent cleaned and repaired/replaced because it wasn't venting properly. He arrived on schedule and quickly discovered that the problem was with my siding rather than the dryer vent. When the siding was replaced recently, they didn't ensure that the vent cover lined up with the vent so there was a gap. Brouillette kindly offered to waive the fee since he didn't do any work. I will happily call them again for regular cleaning and any vent issues.

I was very impressed with this company right from the start. I spoke with the owner about the services offered, and called back the next day to schedule the service. Mark and Ken called to let me know they were on their way - right on schedule. As soon as they arrived, they were very respectful of my home - took their shoes off, explained what they would be doing, said hello to my daughter. They were fast and efficient. We had the furnace, air ducts, dryer, water heater, and refrigerator cleaned. They also checked my humidifier filter, which I didn't even know existed, and replaced it for me. And showed me how to replace it for next time! Our house is 8 years old and I know none of the items had been cleaned before, so I am sure it was a dirty job. We received a lot of cleaning for what I think is a reasonable cost. They also told me to wait a day or two before dusting or vacuuming - saved me a lot of time because I probably would have done it right away, and would have had to redo it. Bottom line - they really knew what they were doing and I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing! Mark went above the call of duty. He worked extremely hard--spent over 3 hours--and cleaned out everything extremely well! He actually had to cut open our duct work and pull out items that were too large to get out! He said he didn't think the duct work had ever been cleaned before! Wow, he did an amazing job! He even fixed a fireplace flu and really cleaned up our fireplace boxes.

Overall, they cleaned well and Mark even gave other suggestions. They were professional and instantly took their shoes off at the door. They were also quick, efficient, and helpful.

We had Brouliette come to our house to clean air ducts. They were fast and efficient. Brouilette cleaned our our air ducts. He was able to come to our house on a Saturday, which was very important. The ducts were really gross, with dust, dirt, and pet hair from a previous owner. When he was at the house, he also asked about cleaning out our dryer and air conditioner. We had him do the dryer. He got some of the loose change out that had been rattling around. They were very efficient and worked like a well oiled machine.

Good. We did have to wait about 6 days for his schedule to work with ours, but then 2 men came out, were very efficient and were done in less than 1/2 hour.

On time, professional, clean and respectful. He has pride in his work.

The experience was excellent. They were respectful around my house. I would use them again in the future and I would also recommend them to others. They arrived on time and did all the work promptly.

Overall it went very well. They were very professional and they got it done really quickly and they were able to come out right away and get the services done.

He was fantastic. I called them the day before a holiday and was expecting to schedule an appointment for the following week. It surprised me when he said he could be at my house within the hour and was true to his word. He professionally cleaned the vent and then made it a point to suggest that I get a bird guard to keep out future unwanted critters. The owner/operator, Mark, even offered to come back at a future date to help me install the bird guard if I needed help - at no charge. Now my dryer works great!

They were able to come out the next day after i called. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would. He did a great job and i would use Brouillette Home Services again.

Called and booked appointment 1 week in advance (Owner himself answered). Received reminder call 15 minutes before appointment. He showed up on-time and evaluated situation before starting. Truck mounted vacuum and hose reached "just" far enough to get to my furnace. Cleaned the ducts and furnace as expected. Time taken was as estimated ( 2hrs). Cleaned-up furnace area and scuff marks on walls/floor after the job to satisfaction.

Mark show up on time and got right to work on clean everything. He was very thorough. We would hire him again.

Originally hired to clean furnace and ducts. He also checked the chimneys and offered the other services. All needed cleaning since we'd neglected them for some time. The price sounded reasonable for the work done so we went ahead with it. Two other companies that also sold new furnaces told us that we should get a new one, along with replacing an electronic air filter that no longer worked. Mr. Brouillette assured us that our 17 year old furnace was working fine and suggested a high quality fiber air cleaner filter that would work in place of our non-functioning air cleaner. The overall expense for his visit was higher because of the extra services we authorized but he saved us several thousands of dollars from having us not buy a new furnace and air cleaner.

Scheduling was easy--I called on Thursday and the appointment was set for Monday. On Monday I contacted him to change the time which was no problem. He explained everything he was going to do, and showed me all of the dust/dirt in the house, in the furnace, etc. We recently completed a large construction project so I knew there was a lot of dirt and dust in the house.

They were reasonably priced. I would use them again. They were friendly and worked quickly.
