Everything went well and he worked quickly. Hard to tell how well the vents were cleaned. We also had the furnace maintained. The next week our furnace wouldn't turn on. It was pretty cold so we had to get someone out that day. I called Broullette Home Service and left a message, but never got a call back. I had to call another service provider to get the furnace working again. We have a baby in the house and couldn't have the house at 50 degrees. The repairman from the other company found something clogged in the furnace. He said this should not have happened in a maintained furnace. I would be ok with this company cleaning ducts, but would not recommend any furnace work. I will not work with this company again nor can I recommend them because they failed to return my call when I had an issue with their work.

Absolutely fabulous! So friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating! Came out bright and early on a Sat. to fix out dryer vent. Cannot say enough about the great service!

It appeared that they removed quite a bit of lint from the system. The dryer was still not venting properly, so they came out with a more powerful system, and came out at least two and maybe three times with no additional charges. It turned out that the moisture of the lint had basically turned a segment into a solid mass. They referred me to someone they had used who came out on a weekend, cut a hole in our kitchen ceiling, and was able to isolate and remove the portion that had solidified. The system has worked well since then. I was very happy and I would use them again.

It all went fine. The person who came did some additional services apart from cleaning the air ducts. He helped me to clean the vents of the dryer at a nominal cost and helped to work on the water heater. He was very informative and he showed some things on the heater that enables me to maintain it well. He was courteous, efficient and reasonable. He was a little bit busy and was in a hurry although he was thorough. He came on time.

He was professional and he did a nice job. It cost was what he said it would cost.

It was a great experience -- he was prompt and professional and gave us a discount since we had more than one service performed.

The chimney sweeper did a great job and came on time to get the work done. He was polite, efficient and helpful. He also pointed out some things in my chimney where some of the grout between the bricks and the chimney had to be replaced. It was a wonderful experience. I have recommended some work for my chimney to make it draft better. I use the services of Brouillette Home Service every time. I was really happy with them and I have recommended them to others as well.

He was wonderful! He was on time and very nice. At the last minute, Mark stayed late to clean the dryer. He did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable. His truck is marked with his name and I liked that. I have recommended him to others.

Mark called me and told me that he would be coming to the house in about 25 minutes. He was on time. He and his worker meticulously cleaned all of the ducts as well as the air handler. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the subject.

Overall my experience was great. They arrived within the time allotted and were very thorough and courteous during their entire stay. I really appreciated all the time that was spent explaining how my house works! I was told about getting a new furnace filter and how to work my humidifier as well as given pointers on my chimney and other routine items that I was not aware of. They were very authentic and knowledgeable. I believe I received the absolute best service for the price I paid and will definately use Brouillette again.

He was great. They were very professional, came on time and the owner of the company came out and was the guy that did the work.

I liked him because he is not a company and it is just him. He has his own truck. He did probably the most thorough air duct cleaning that I have ever had in twenty years. My only complaint was that there was dust everywhere and he did not clean it after the work. However, I did not mind it because he did a very good job and the price was also excellent.

Our dryer was not working properly. I called late on a Friday and they agreed to come out on Saturday afternoon. The person was very friendly and helpful. It took less than an hour to clean out the vent, including getting up on the roof as that was where our vent was. We were very happy with the service provided and would use them again.

He was extremely good. We booked him for another time, and he was able to change his schedule to accommodate ours. He did a fabulous job, and was incredibly thorough. He showed up on time, and even stayed late to complete the work. I needed a filter for my humidifier, and he wound up going to get it for me. He was extremely professional and courteous, and really knows his work. He cleaned up after himself, and you could hardly tell he was even there. He just did an amazing job, and he is the one we will call for any future duct cleaning. I highly recommend him.

Mark arrived on time, was friendly, he asked if we had any questions and if we had a dog or cat. The dog was crated, which seemed to please him. He set to work quickly but had to work around a person servicing the refrigerator. He took it in stride working other areas of the house until the other person finished. We had 18 vents to clean. His price of $89.95 was for the first 15 vents; the additional three were $5.00 each. Dryer and vent was $49.96; furnace $49.95; water heater 45.00.

I reached Mark on the first try and scheduled for later that week. He arrived and finished when he said he would. He was very thorough and worked efficiently and quickly. The vents were a mess. We had them cleaned by another service about 14 years ago, but they had not been done correctly. Mark said they looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1935. Yikes! This did not increase the price. I feel so much better knowing all that gunk is out of our vents and will definitely have Mark return for maintenance cleanings. I think we'll be healthier (allergies and asthma at our house) and the furnace will be more efficient. Mark is a nice guy. Professional, hard-working and smart.

Called Mark B to schedule service based on Angie's List recommendations. He arrived promptly and cleaned all the air ducts, which probably hadn't been cleaned for years, if ever. This was at a residential home we just purchased. The furnace, which was at least 30 years old was also cleaned thoroughly and Mark showed us a filter under the unit that he changed for us and that we didn't even know about. He indicated the furnace was solid and would probably last many more years, great advice since we thought we would need to replace it within a year. Mark is very knowledgeable, polite, professional and competent. He cleaned up after himself and in fact while I expected a lot of dust, he was very careful and I didn't notice any. This was important since we had been painting right before he arrived. I would highly recommend this company, and will in fact hire them again to clean the air conditioning unit on my own home.
