Description of Work: We've been using them for about 20 years to have our furnace and ducts cleaned (under a different name originally). They arrive on time, are very professional, and do a great job, as far as I can tell. You can't really see the inside of your ducts, but they removed stuff from our (now) 75 year old ducts that other companies missed in the past. Eg; grade school student photos from the early 1960s, children's books, a hammer head. Really - a hammer head! Not sure how they do it, but it works.

Description of Work: Cleaned out all of my heating ducts thoroughly; and in the process,removed six dead mice that were in the duct work. How they got in there is a mystery since the gratings covering the outlets and returns are fine enough to not allow access.

Description of Work: Mark arrived on time to clean the air ducts and tune up the furnace. I also had him clean the dryer vent and the water heater coils. This was a quick process and the air in our house is much clearer of dust. He showed me a temporary filter that he used to capture dust. He also gave suggestions for cleaning the coils under the refridgerator. A very helpful contractor, and I will call him for the next cleaning.

Description of Work: cleaned hvac vents. Also cleaned the drier vent and cleaned out the drier. The drier was in desperate need of cleaning. the place inside the drier that the duct connected to the outside duct was disconnected so the lint was not getting out of the drier. He reconnected it and cleaned out the drier. When there was a burning smell after it was cleaned out he came back and checked to make sure that everything was ok (it was) without any additional charge.

Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned, hot water heater cleaned, dryer vents cleaned. They did an excellent job, I noticed the results immediately. Mark and his co-worker were very professional and polite. They both removed their shoes and laid down a tarp on our wood floors before bringing in their equipment. I found his pricing very reasonable and would use this service again and again!

Description of Work: I CALLED MARK ON FRIDAY AT 5:30 PM ON ONE OF THE HOTTEST DAYS OF THE YEAR, AFTER CALLING 7 OTHER COMPANIES THAT WERE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING UNLESS I PAID AN EXTRA $100 OVER THEIR NORMAL RATE OF $89; SO $189 JUST TO SHOW UP. MARK SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY HOME, BUT WOULD STOP OUT TO TAKE A LOOK. I CHECKED THE TYPICAL STUFF LIKE COTTONWOOD AND THE FILTER, BUT I FORGOT THAT I WAS ON THE ENERGY SAVER PLAN SO THE ELECTRIC COMPANY WAS CYCLING THE A/C. MARK NOTICED IT RIGHT AWAY AND STAYED TO CHECK OUT THE UNIT ANYWAY. HE CHARGED ME THE NORMAL $45 TRIP CHARGE, BUT TOPPED OFF THE FREON ANYWAY. NICE GUY AND VERY DEDICATED. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
