BoxBlu Cabinets

We were looking for a kitchen designer for our cabin, the kitchen space was large and we needed help in the design process. The salesperson was great he designed and created a layout. We ordered the cabinets, were told that it would be 6-8 weeks. This is where the good experience ended. We were passed onto the ordering person Paul, this is when everything started falling apart. I will keep the facts list short for this post. It has been over 2 years since our initial order we are still missing nearly a third of our order. I have a log of hundreds of calls and texts to every member of the company from the owners on down. They dodge and blame each other and the customer, they give stories about mistakes that if they did happen should not be shared with the customer. They took over $20K from us, and over two years of wasted time. They have multiple names for the company, so buyer beware don't give payment in full until the final product is delivered.

I got help with the design team at Box Blu and the PM Paul to help me with the layout and installation. Things went very smooth across the board. I would recommend them for maple cabinetry all day compared to some of the products you find at Home Depot. I saved over $8,000 by choosing Box Blu instead of the Big Box Stores down the street. I was a bit nervous to hire a newer cabinetry company but they are owned by a bigger kitchen remodeling company. They did a fantastic job and I will hire them again for my mud room project in the future.
