He was professional, explained everything well.

Friendly, courteous and willing to do what's needed to get the job done, but this repair did not give me high confidence in their ability. While they were able to repair the unit in the end, they charged me for the original diagnosis, even though the actual replacement part was 2/3 the cost of the original (on Amazon). Called for refrigerator repair, compressor was intermittent and would not reliably maintain temperature. They showed up 4 hours before scheduled appointment due to an address mixup. They were polite, fiendly, and courteous. Unit was not acting up at the time they were at the house, so they were unable to diagnose, and guessed the control board was bad. Returned next day with a control board for a different model of the same brand of refrigerator, which did not work. Returned original board to unit and compressor would not start, we were forced to use two coolers to keep from loosing contents of fridge and freezer. They showed up two days later with the correct control board, but compressor still would not start because the problem was in the inverter board, which could have been diagnosed on previous visit when the compressor wouldn't start. They drove to get an inverter board, returned the same day, and replaced it. Refrigerator has been working fine for the past few days.

Washer quit working on a Saturday. Within an hour, I had an appointment for service. They came out on Monday; on time; spent about 45 minutes repairing the washer. Problem was quickly diagnosed. This is an excellent company.

The technician came out to my home on time as stated. He was very thorough on the problem with my washing machine. He give me several options as to how he was going to approached the problem. The service was very reasonable for what he had to do. In addition, he was quick and he cleaned up after himself. I would hire again.

The overall work done was good and the repairman was helpful. However, due to an issue that he did not find originally, I ended up paying more than I would have been willing to pay for the overall repair. I would have bought a new app[liance instead. He did work with me and offered a slight discount on the second part of the repair but it was not enough to make iit worthwhile. So, I give good marks for the final repair; my issues are resolved. But I have to lower the rating overall due to the extra cost.

Started off good with prompt contact & hunting down parts for the repair on my washing machine but he tech failed to mention that where I had it plugged it also needed repair. So the very next day I spent hours at a laundry mat since my machine stopped working and I didn't know why. They were quick to call back when I demanded a refund and that's also when I found out about the electrical outlet issue.
