Fantastic company! Came out same day for our refrigerator repair. Bob arrived earlier than promised and was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We will use them again.

Service person was polite and explained the problem, the cost and repaired some additional door damage to the dishwasher done by the original delivery or installers.

I had a great experience from start to finish. However, the price was very high, I have not had to replace an ice maker for many years and maybe it was sticker shock when I was quoted the price. The tech was very nice and he was able to give a small discount on the services. Andy in Roswell, Ga.

I had an issue with my LG refrigerator that needed immediate assistance. Vendors recommended by LG were poorly rated so I research on the web. Call several companies and some said a week before they could come. EMT came the next Morning no to accommodate our schedule. The technician was professional and diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. He explained the costs up front . Will use them again if needed for any appliance issues.
