I was really surprised he had the part I needed in their van, and he did the repair quickly and professionally. He even helped with another issue on the same machine. I would use them again.

He was very quick to install a new garbage disposal. Was very tidy too.

Still having a small problem with the dryer buzzer going off constantly, and I have to leave the door of the dryer open so it doesn't run all the time, but it runs and is working.

Bobby is professional, courteous - called ahead and was ON TIME. The part my oven needed was on his truck - repaired and done! I will keep his card handy.
