Bobby was the technician that came for the service visit. Arrived on time, very courteous. The refrigerator was working fine when he arrived but he did look at it and said he did not think it was the compressor fan which I asked him to replace. He asked me to record the noise the fan was making and he would come back, he thinks it is one of the circulating fans. He informed me the service visit fee was good for 30 days and would go toward the repair within that time. He was very honest and saved me from a unneeded repair.

They fixed our washing machine, but we paid a PREMIUM price for the convenience of having it repaired quickly. The problem was, after he diagnosed what was wrong with it, gave us a quote, and took our deposit, he assured us the part would be installed the next night and guaranteed for 1 year. He did not show up the next night at our appointment time, and did not call. We had to call him, after the appt window had passed and he stated that he would not be coming and then rescheduled. After we paid and he left, we saw that only the labor was guaranteed for one year. The part only for 1 month. This was not what was stated to us when we originally asked. Would not recommend using this business- over priced and undependable.

When they got here the problem was already solved.

Well trained, polite, knowledgeable and our tech, Bill, went above and beyond what he needed to do. Our home was his last stop in the evening and he did not have the piece he needed to fix our fridge (a computer board). Instead of blowing us off until the next day he got a fellow worker to meet him halfway and completed the job last night. We send him many thanks for a job really well done!

Bobby was through, professional, and honest. He came to our house right on time and confirmed the appointment. The repair was a freezer door handle. He came in carefully inspected everything, fixed the brackets, put the handle on, showed me how it would work going forward. He was very very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. I absolutely would reccomend Applience EMT for any future work.

Bobby came to fix my refrigerator. It was a quick and easy fix but it cost me $225 which I was not thrilled with because the part was an $8 part; however it did get fixed. About a month later I left a message on his website but was never called back, so three days later I called him and he said he would be out in two days on a Friday night between 5pm - 8pm. We waited and waited and he was a no-call, no-show. We called and texted him and he has yet to this day returned our call. Not happy with that. I eventually fixed the washer myself with a $12.99 part from Amazon. Saved myself at least $210.
