We had our dishwasher repair done the next day, even though a part was required. I was amazed at how well the repair went. I hope no other appliances fail, but I will call this company if they do. It's comforting knowing they are there.

My washing machine won't start. On 1/23 the tech barely spoke English, had NO info on my problem from the Angi website. He asked to use my bathroom (a big no no). He said the part would take 3-5 days. I heard nothing from anyone for a week, so I called them.(1/30) I was told I would get a call back in a couple of hours. After 24 hours I got a call saying the part was due in 3 days. I suspect the part was not ordered. Monday 2/6 will be 14 days since the initial visit when I paid $47. Today I'm going to a laundromat...I'm really upset about the whole ordeal. You should fire them,

My appointment was booked immediately. The repairman was very polite, respectful, and punctual. Even though they had to order the part for repair, it was done in a reasonable time.

Despite a language barrier, the technician was able to communicate through his phone. He answered all our questions, was quick and through in his work, and resolved our problem with his initial visit. We recommend him highly.

Came promptly. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Was able to repair on the spot.

Woke up one morning to discover our refrigerator and freezer were not cool/cold. I called Appliance EMT and they had someone out in just over 3 hours. William was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue as the fan and explained how the fan affected the overall cooling so we could understand the issue; it was interesting, there's more to it than you think. He had the part on the truck and was able to fix it immediately. Since we had kept the doors closed we did not lose any of our food. Yeah! This company is responsive, the technician are knowledgeable, respectful and prepared. It has been several weeks since the repair and we have had no issues with it since. I highly recommend this company, you won't go wrong with them.

Paul arrived on time and gave me an honest assessment of my washer. It could be repaired but it would be better to buy a new one. He gave me the cost of the repair vs. the new and I chose the latter. Recommended brands and was so knowledgeable about the appliance in general It was a very worthwhile visit
