He charge me and said will contact me in 5-7 days for the parts. Never heard back from him, no receipt and he said the diagnostics fee would be applied toward the work that he will do. He never contacted me again, i was trying to reach out to him numerous time.

Fast communication, easy to work with contractor. Was right on time and communicated nicely directly with tenant. I'm not sure about the price that I paid, it was $190 for unclogging the drain which included the trip price. Seems fair to me for the time and the expertise. Would work with again!

Appliance EMT made an initial service call, was paid $43.00 for the service call, diagnosed (?) the problem, said he'd need to get parts and return. He never returned even after repeated calls by me. I would never recommend Appliance EMT, 2030 Buford Hwy, Buford GA 30515.
