Arrived on time. Fast repair. Just cost more than I would have liked. But that is just how any service call with any company these days.

Project was repair my dishwasher, which was not draining. Great experience. Bobby called me immediately after I entered project info into the app. He came promptly and was very thorough. Had to return with a part, but put it in, then had to unclog a drain pipe, which had collected overflow items from the disposal. He cleared the clog and everything worked well. I'll call them again for appliance repairs.

Bobby called and made me an ad appointment for the next working day. He notified me when he would arrive. He was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me different options with his own recommendation. He finished the job neatly and quickly and even checked other potential problems. I were pulled use them again.

Fortunately the repair was a minor one on washing machine. Only issue was scheduling. Was not aware of 2 hour window for service call. Other than that all was great.

They are very professional, I think the part was very expensive, but it was in a list from Whirlpool prices, so I think it was the price that any company would have charged me. I would highly recommend them.

Appliance EMT did a good job and was reliable, but cost of repair was on the high side. Still they arrived on time and on short notice, so all in all good.

Was able to schedule a service within a day or two of contacting them. Bobby was very professional and had our dryer fixed and running in less than an hour. Would definitely user their services in the future.
