I hesitated to rate this company because it took 4 trips before the problem was solved. However, it was not their fault. There were more issues that surfaced as the work progressed. The technician was great: professional, knowledgeable and considerate of our concerns with more visits. He was diligent and persevered until it was fixed and he did not charge us extra for his additional visits.

Good overall experience and I will use them again. Friendly, helpful techs came and fixed the stove on the spot. My wife felt at ease with the men that came into our home. Pricey, but any appliance issue is. My only negative (which is minor) was the appointment window. I scheduled online for 8:00 am, but they replied with an 8-11 am time of arrival. The online scheduler made it appear to be a 1 hour window, not 3, so it disturbed our planning of the day.

Excellent customer experience. Took two days to come vs one and they had to come back with a part but they were back the very next day. Both Bobby and his assistant were very professional and competent. Would definitely use them again.
