Great customer service. Was able to get an appointment in just a few days. Service guy was super great and professional and was able to get the job done quickly and cleanly.

There was a perceived issue by the tenant and EMT went back very quickly and demonstrated to the tenants satisfaction that everything worked as expected. Very pleased with the response.

Do not hire this company unless you want to be robbed. For replacing a part that cost only $43 they will charge you $407 and generously offer you discount of 10% with a total of $366.39 for less than an hour for replacing it. Subtracting the cost of the trip $47 and $43 the part their labor is $276.39 compare to $90 to $120 everywhere else.
