Appliance EMT (Bobby) the most professional repair service I've done business with; a true gentleman! He showed up on time and gave me a fair and reasonable cost based on my dryer's issue. He was very knowledgeable and competent about his business. My dryer now works like its brand new. I feel very confident in referring him and will certainly use his appliance repair services again if needed. Fabulous Service!!

Not professional... never followed up with me to finished the work.... the fix one day, and broken again next day. Completely abandoned him. Hired someone else, and the job was then completed.

Appliance EMT was proffessional, friendly, thorough and on time. He communicated with me the whole time to explain everything and even cleaned behind my fridge while he was here even though that wasn't the problem and he didn't have to. I will never call anyone else for any other appliance repair. I'm sold on appliance EMT!!!

No testing done on the oven, only recommended replacing the touch control panel which is over $1000 for the part. I guess I expected to see at least a multimeter to diagnose the problem.

This was my first time using Home Advisor, and I was totally satisfied. Home Advisor put me in touch with Appliance EMT and their service tech, Bobby. Bobby came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back the next day to make the repair. Bobby is a total pro and kept in touch with me by phone at all times. He was professional and knowledgeable, It sure beats the last time I had my washing machine repaired which took 3 weeks. This took 2 days. I'm impressed and highly recommend Appliance EMT.

Repairman was very professional and explained what was wrong and of course fixed it. He also recommended to clean machine with white vinegar once a month to keep machine clean. I didn't know this & was glad he told me.
