Everything went so well. He let me know it would be an extra charge for being out of area but gave me a discount for referencing Angie's List. He was very professional and did everything he could to unlock my door. Unfortunately, I had a lock that was not pickable and he felt bad about having to drill the lock, causing me to have to buy a new doorknob. It all worked out in the end and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Ben was awesome! He clearly knows his craft. My initial Angie's List service request was responded to 7 minutes after I sent it. Ben came out twice the next day (Friday) and put in a temporary fix for the weekend. He came back Monday morning and finished everything off. He was in constant contact via cell phone and explained everything he did. Wonderful experience all around. Definitely have a go-to locksmith now!

The lock on the front door of our house wouldn't work -- discovered this upon getting home from work, with kids. Through the window, I could see that the deadbolt wasn't extending as far as it should. The screen doors on the other main floor door were locked. Found a locksmith in St. Paul through my husband's phone, but first locksmith wasn't available. He suggested Quality Locksmith Service. Quality Locksmith said that they would be at our house in about 30 minutes. The locksmith arrived within that time period and helped us assess the situation with the right tools, pragmatism, and a sense of humor. Did things such as take screen door off its hinges, climbed extension ladder to roof to try to access second-level door, tried windows. Eventually, he was able to open a window and we gained access to the house, opened the front door, and he replaced the lock mechanism. In the end, he was with us for nearly 2 hours. Price was reasonable, given the amount of time, professionalism, and new parts for the lock. Will use again if we ever need a locksmith.

Called on 3/27 around 5pm for service the next day (3/28). They said they would call in the morning to schedule service between 9-2 (that was the window I was available). Ben called me at 9:05am and asked if he could come over in 30 minutes. Showed up on time, checked out the locks, gave me advice on best options for my situation. He went to work and was done within an hour. Ben was really friendly and professional. Great company to work with and would definitely recommend.

Super great experience. I called them around lunch and they were able to be at my home later in the afternoon. Both Terry and his son showed up and got the work done fast, with quality, and were super professional. They really exceeded my expectations. The great rating they have in Angie's list is very well deserved.

Ben from Quality Locksmith was great! Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. Our door looks great - he had everything on hand to replace it, and the lock works now (yay!) - we would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them.

After trying to get a response from 3 other locksmiths with no luck Quality returned my email within 24 hours. due to the fact that my car is 16 years old they had to order the key fob remote and that took about a week (they might need a deposit on special orders). I had a choice of going to their shop or paying a $55.00 charge for them to come to me. I chose to go to their shop, it is kind of hard to get to due to road construction and they operate out of their home. It only took about 15 minutes for Ben to cut and program my key and remote. The Audi dealers wanted about $400.00 for the same job and said it would take 2 hours so I'm very happy with the service they provided.

Friendly and personalized service! I needed a locksmith to help me open the emergency release lock on my garage door. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to have it keyed and opened for me by noon. When the original tech could not make it on time, another one was sent at a time convenient for me. Fast and friendly. Totally recommend them as there is probably no job they can't do!

He was there within about 45 min. Worked quickly and successfully. I had been very afraid that I wouldn't get the lock to work again. I just thought $80 was a little high for 5 min. of work, but he also had to drive here.

This was an excellent experience. I had a vintage deadbolt that came on an old door I bought and needed keys for it. I had it off the door and drove out to meet Terry at his shop. He was very friendly and professional. I had thought about having it re-keyed to some keys we already had. Terry went this route first, but the lock was just too old to match the newer keys. Terry took his time explaining and showing me step by step why this was the case. That was great, because it's one of those things that if you don't see it you might not understand and get upset about it. Instead I was fully informed and it was the right decision to try and make new keys instead. It wasn't an easy task, as Terry had to custom make keys for it due to the spacing of the pins and the shallow depth of the lock. However, we now have a working lock and we couldn't be happier that we were able to keep the vintage look with our door. I highly recommend their service!

I needed a jammed deadbolt fixed so I used Angie's list to find this locksmith. I called Quality Locksmith around November 4th. I spoke with Terry who explained that they would be short on staff due to hunting opener but that I would be hearing from Benjamin to set up an appointment. On November 7th I heard from Benjamin and we set up an appointment for November 12th at 9 a.m. November 12th 9 a.m. rolled around and no-one showed. After an hour I called Ben's contact number and got voicemail saying he was out of the office until Tuesday November 12th and I could call a central number. I called the central number and got a recording saying that voicemail service for that number had not been established. Based on this experience, I decided not to pursue this any further. Quality Locksmith did contact me about two weeks later, apologized, and offered to fix the deadbolt for free. I had already taken care of the problem, but appreciated that they had taken action to make things right.

It was great! The gentleman arrived about an hour after I called, was professional and courteous, and did a good job. He had the cylinder drilled out and rekeyed in less than an hour.

Ben and his very capable assistant, Joe, quickly assesed the problem with my door lock. They not only repaired that lock but helped me with several other doors that needed adjusting and oiling. They did not charge me these "add ons" although I would have been happy to pay for them. They did an excellent job!! All the doors worked perfectly after their repairs. I most definitely recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services!

It was an emergency- someone had nearly broken into my home through the front door the night before. Ben arrived on time the next morning. He performed the job in a professional and efficient manner. He secured my front door, repairing the old original lock and drilling through the door to install a new lock. Ben explained all my options and answered all my questions about the locks. Ben is very knowledgeable- he told me that he grew up learning the business from his father, and it certainly shows. He gave me advice about other security measures I could take. Ben and his assistant were friendly and courteous as well as professional. They even helped me move a heavy air conditioner from my window! Both locks have worked perfectly since then. The next time I need the services of a locksmith, I will certainly call Quality Locksmith Service. They are much the best locksmiths I have ever hired.
