+ -1 moreThey arrived at 10:00 and noticed the dead blot was too close for the Digital Lock install. The digital lock was installed above the dead bolt. The dead bolt did not match the rest of the knobs and was old but could not be replaced due to size. Quality Locksmith upgraded the lock to commercial grade and replaced the dead bolt New and Matching the rest of my door. I was very pleased it has taken me two years to get this problem solved.

Description of Work: I needed locks changed immediately after a house closing. There were several outbuildings and a garage. Ben was responsive to my initial inquiry and able to set up a firm appointment so I could plan my time. His communications & customer service skills were excellent: he called on his way over and also kept me informed of options as he worked. Super work and reasonably priced. All the keys fit very nicely into the locks, too so I was glad I purchased all my extras from him vs. time consuming trips to make keys later on.

+ -1 moreMy keys were locked inside my car, Quality Locks came out to my location very promptly and did excellent work. I've heard horror stories about companies quoting one price, doing crummy work and charging another price at the end, but this company was upfront with their prices, fair and very professional. The customer service was so great that I had them come out to my house later and take care of some of my home locks. Again, they were prompt, professional and fair. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Don't let yourself get scammed by some of the other low ballers!
Description of Work: After locking my keys in my car, they came out to my location and were able to promptly unlock my vehicle without causing any sort of damage. Because they were so professional, I also had them come and re-do the locks at my house on a separate occasion.

+ -1 moreQuality Locksmiths returned our call promptly and arrived at Mom's house at the promised time. The service person listened well, did the work correctly and quickly, and patiently answered all Mom's questions, and even suggested future improvements.
Description of Work: The person analyzed the problem with the two locks on my 88 yr old Mother's front door, and correctly diagnosed the problem, which was different than the (incorrect) diagnosis given by an earlier locksmith. He fixed the lock. And he suggested that Mom get the other lock re-keyed, so she would need only one key to open both locks on that door. When she said she had heard that parts were no longer available for the unusual lock Dad put in several years ago, he said he would be able to get the parts, so she didn't have to replace the door.
