Description of Work: They sent another provider to do the work. We think this was to accommodate our schedule, but it seemed as though we should have been told that. He did a good job and was very courteous except the carpets were very very wet when he left.

Description of Work: Cleaned all heat and cold air returns. .. shampooed living room, den, 2 bedrooms, and a great room carpets. Pre-spotted all carpets plus scotch guarded all. Washed lots of windows inside and out plus all screens. Amazing wonderful job. Very nice Service man. Friendly and explained everything he used and everything he was going to do for my approval before starting. Very happy with my experience with Optimum cleaning (used to be Butler). I highly recommend this service.

Description of Work: They shampooed, cleaned 2 bedrooms with closets and large living room and put on a soil retardant when finished. They were courteous, asked before doing things, and did a great job on the carpets.

Description of Work: I used these guys to clean my lake place carpet in the summer of 2013. Wonderful owner and assistant. Friendly, respectful, timely. Then, when we had a water pipe issue in Jan of 2014, I had their card and they were my first call for extraction help. In a stressful time they cancelled there own plans and were there right away to help me out. I cannot say enough how thankful I am.
