John was prompt and professional throughout the chimney repair project. He protected the repair from a pop-up thunderstorm. And at the end of the project all was cleaned - all debris etc was picked up. I recommend this business.

If it were possible to leave no stars on a review, I would. Northern Home Maintenance, LLC did not do what they said they would do, and did not honor anything they put in writing. AFTER they finished the job and were paid, they told us it was -just a patch-, but the waterproofing they did -should last around 8 years-. They said to call if we had any problems with leaks or anything. Our garage flooded after the first rain. They then said there was nothing they could do, and admitted that they do not usually do this kind of work. We hired them in good faith because they said the job would be easy and they -had experience-. When we asked for part of our money back because we now have to pay someone else to do what they promised they could, they refused. I was willing to pay for the removal of our fireplace that they did, but they shirked on the rest of the job or did very shoddy work. They did not cover anything and left sheetrock dust all over our house on top of not knowing what they were doing. They sanded right down to the tape and the wall bubbled so it has to be redone. Do not hire these guys. Their work is substandard to say the least, and they lie about their experience to get your business.

Project completed same day. Cap and "bricks" look terrific. Highly recommend.

Work done next day, it was a smaller job That no one wanted to do, the Morter between the bricks look great, the top levels are redone with a solid. Cement top and the connection between the brick and the vinyl siding is done. I am so happy!. Thank you!!

It was nice working with John. He was prompt with information and giving detail for how the project would be completed. He took time to cover questions that I had and he offered informative insight into how the job would be completed.

We hired Northern Home Maintenance to do a chimney repair. John was very prompt and came and did an estimate the next day when I called and completed the work the following week. I got several bids and Johnâ s bid was very reasonable but we just felt best about his character. The day of the work they were prompt and professional and finished the work in 1 day. They left the work area spotless and the chimney looks fabulous. They matched our Chicago brick perfectly and our old crumbly chimney top looks good as new. We would definitely use Northern Home Maintenance again and highly recommend them to others!

John and his partner did a beautiful job on the chimney. They were very friendly and pleasant. They cleaned up all the mess. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a masonry. John will come back tomorrow to waterproof it. Then he will come back and acid wash it to bring the color out in the bricks, I would gladly recommend this company to any one looking to have masonry work done,

John takes such pride in his work! He does a beautiful job and consistently communicated to me what work would need to be done, what could be done in my budget and when I could expect him to be available. He went above and beyond what we discussed and is following up to make sure his craftsmanship is meeting his standards. With all of this being said, my neighbor is wanting to hire him as well as my parents! I will be calling John for further work and will continue to refer him to my neighbors and friends!
