 + -1 moreIt went very well, they were here on time, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Very, very satisfied.
Description of Work: Dales heating and appliance installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us. But while they were here doing the quote they found some things that were wrong with the original installation and they fixed those, revented the furnace, add ducts where there were none. The did a very thourough job. They looked at the whole system and the whole house. They didn't just come and install something and leave.

 + -1 moreOur central A/C in our mobile home stopped working. I called Dale's Heating & Appliance and they sent someone out the same day to take a look. He came out within about 1.5 - 2 hours and spent close to 2 hours figuring out and fixing the problem. He found several bare wires as well as some incorrect wiring on our furnace, then found the problem on the unit outside. He was very polite, considerate and professional. He did not mind me asking him questions and watching him work. The business is about 40 minutes away from us and that may have figured in the price, but I felt the price was reasonable for two hours work and for the repairs he did. I would definitely recommend them and do business with them in the future.
Description of Work: Our central air stopped working. Bill from Dale's Heating & Appliance came out and checked the wiring and fuses and found there was a short in the outside unit. While trying to figure out what was wrong, he found potential future problems in our furnace. There were bare wires touching metal and incorrect wiring going on. He fixed that while trying to troubleshoot what was causing the short.
