Description of Work: Reattached loose springs on sofa; checked other springs and tightened them so they don't come loose.

+ -1 morePaid $30 for an estimate and travel for repair on recliner. Need to order new metal mechanism from manufacturer. That was 6-26-06. Called in August since I was told part would be in in 3-4 weeks. No part yet. Part order was lost by La-Z-Boy will put in rush order. Now it's been another month with no repair. I am very dissatisfied with the service. My broken chair has been sitting in my living room for almost three months waiting to be repaired.
Description of Work: Called for warranty work on La-Z-Boy recliner. Their name was given to me by Slumberland. Frame and mechanism are warrantied for life.
