 + -1 moreEssers came in after we were living in the home to correct all of the problems. They had to work in areas that were finished and were allowed the removal of only portions of the ceilings and walls as needed (limited by Brandon, the contractor). They did a great job in explaining all that was wrong (so many things were wrong!) and how they were going to fix them. They wore shoe coverings at all times, they cleaned up their mess each day, they arrived when they said they would, they covered the stair carpet and were very careful not to damage any woodwork in the stairwell or other areas of the house. They were very friendly, clean and respectful of the home and our family. All around great people to work with. We don't know the final cost as B Nelson Construction was required to pay for the damages in repairing their poor workmanship. You can see the review for 'B Nelson Construction' for more details on working with him... we would never recommend him at all. But ESSERS Plumbing and Heating, we would recommend highly.
Description of Work: We made the mistake of building a home with B Nelson Construction of Perham, MN. Brandon used BK Heating to install our Geothermal system and Gas backup furnace HVAC system. It was all completely undersized, missing necessary components and just an all around very poor job, not up to code or standards of any kind. Essers came in after we were living in the home to correct all of the problems. They did a great job in explaining all that was wrong (so many things were wrong!) and how they were going to fix them. They were very friendly, clean and respectful of the home and the mess that was made was cleaned up. All around great people to work with.
