Payment is expected at the completion of the inspection by check. The inspection is a through visual inspection of all the structural and mechanical systems of the home, from foundation to the roof and everything in between that can be accessed.

We were very pleased with the completeness, promptness and professionalism of this inspection.
Description of Work: Home Inspection prior purchase. Inspection was very through and included roof, exterior and interior of home. Interior inspection was very complete and we observed the inspector checking each outlet, light switch, sinks, tubs, drains, fans, opened and closed each window and door. Check electrical and plumbing equipment and piping. Turned each faucet on and off and flushed each toilet. He entered the attic and measured and took pictures of insulation and structure. We felt there was not an area or an item that was not observed, checked and inspected inside or out.
