Description of Work: He preformed the job as promised but the relays he installed were very noisy and when he came back to replace them he charged me for some that were quiet.

+ -1 moreVery nice individual. Did nice work. Only complaint is that he would tell me he'd get to the job next week and not show up. This went on for about a month. In his defense, it was fall and many people wanted their jobs done.
