The first was for a plumbing check on a HUD home, the second time was to install my new dishwasher and a new water line for my refrigerator. The professionalism from Tim was outstanding. He clearly explained my options and worked hard to ensure a smooth installation with little or no additional work. I am planning on using their services when I install a new bath in my home.
Description of Work: Installed a water line with little to no access to the area where it was going and installed dishwasher.

+ 3 moreOVER ALL JOB WENT GREAT. HE GUYS GO HERE ON TIME EVERY DAY. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERY DAY. CURTIOUS O THE FACT THAT WE LIVED IN THE HOUSE DURING THE RENOVATION. THEY INSTALLED ANOTHER FURNACE, A MASTER BATH ALL TOILETS.SINKS AND NEW GAS LINES. ALL INSPECTIONS PASSED FIRST TIME. EXCELLENT JOB.
Description of Work: WE DID AN ADDITION TO OUR HOME. VOSS HAD E ALREADY INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE THE YEAR BEFORE. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE FIRTS JOB THAT I REQUESED THEM FOR THE ADDITION. THERE WORK IS EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. ALL IN VOSS SHIRTS. I SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION AS AN ELECTRICIAN. SO I KNOW GOOD WORK WHEN I SEE IT. WHEN I NEED SERVICE, TIM IS ALWAYS THERE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. AFTER HOURS SERVICE CALLS ARE VERY PROMPT. ONLY NEEDED TO MAKE ONE AFTER HOURS CAL ON NEW FURNACE. HE TOOK CARE OF IT OVER THE PHONE(USER ERROR). AND I GOT A CALL WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF CALLING AFTER HOURS NUMBER. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR OVER 7 YEARS WITH NO COMPLAINTS. ALWAYS ON TIME. IUSED THEM AGAIN IN JULY OF 2012 TO REPLACE A/C UNIT IN MY OFFICE.JOB WAS DONE IN A DAY AND A HALF. THEY RAN INTO A FEW UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS AND WORKED THEM OUT VERY QUICKLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOSS. I HAVE USED ANOTHER PLUMBING CONTRACTOR IN THE AREA AND WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THERE WORK.
