air duct cleaning
 + -1 moreThe boss treated me poorly and what I paid was a lot more than what I had originally paid. The only reason the grade was better was because of the technician who came out.
Description of Work: He was supposed to come out and clean ducts for winter and look into a problem that I had. I had insulation falling out of the vents. They sent the guy out and they said they didn't charge travel time and he didn't know he was supposed to clean the duct work so he never brought the machine. He found a very simple problem and was charged for a couple of hours for labor. Another time he left some switch off and then they billed me for that trip. I had to wait three weeks for him to come out and only do 1 hour worth of work. Then they claimed they were charging travel times.
