The salesman was professional and friendly. He had very good knowledge of the differences in the refrigerators. He explained the pros and cons of different brands and models. The refrigerator was delivered/installed the very next day at the scheduled time. The delivery person even called 10 minutes before to let me know that they were on the way. Overall service was fantastic from beginning to end!

I have been to this Lowe's location twice in the past 30 days. Both times I was asked if I needed help finding anything and the staff was friendly. When I did ask questions on a exterior door replacement and interior wall paint, the staff seemed knowledgeable and eager to help. i did not have to wait long for them to come to my area to assist. There were a numerous checkout lines open so the wait was not too long. The place was clean and did not have supplies lying out on the floor in any aisle. Overall, my experience was good and the price for the items I bought was also fair.

I was pleased with the whole process. My overall experience with them was good. Their price and quality of work were excellent. They were responsive and punctual.

I called Lowe's and they said they perform this service but for a $35 fee that if you end up going with them it would go towards your total costs. When they arrived, they had measured and gave me my estimate. As I was talking to them, they mentioned they have their own company which I could have found by doing a simple internet search. They also mentioned that their company has Hunter Douglass (popular blinds brand), but since they were going through Lowe's, they could only show me this other brand. Lowe's also doesn't provide custom mini blinds (which any other company does). Bottom line, find out the underlying company before deciding to use a store like Lowe's...avoid the middle man!!!
