The agent arrival was very punctual. He was accompanied by his wife as a team member. They performed their business in a very professional manner and was very attentive to our concerns and questions. They took their time to go through all the information regarding home sales and will follow up with another visit to provide recommendations to present home for selling. My wife and I are looking forward to working with this couple to sell our home.
Description of Work: Agent set appointment to visit home. Made an assessment and will contact us regarding results.

Provider told us that he would contact us shortly an arrange an appointment, no later than weekend. Weekend passed without any contact. Called provider and left a message. As far nothing.

It went very well, we had purchased our last house 40 years ago and a lot had changed since then. Justin was very patient and well informed of the process we were going through and the area we were interested in. When we did find the right house he was very helpfull in arranging the title company and closing dates and time. Since we were closing on our sale 60 miles away one day and had to close the next day in Owatonna, he had arranged to do a walk through the night before so we could close first thing in the morning in time for the movers to arrive. Since we were the buyer, his fee was paid for by the seller.
Description of Work: we contacted Justin Ohnstad at Gillespie Real estate when we started looking for what was available in Owatonna in February. At that time we were just getting started getting our house ready for market. We gave him the price range and what type of house we were interested in and the area we were considering. We selected ERA/Gillespie Realtor because my daughter used them 7 years ago when she moved from St Paul.
