Description of Work: Went to office building at first, didn't know the difference as it said Culligan. Took 10-15 minutes for anyone to come to desk. Then it seemed I really upset their day by being there. They did refer me to the retail store about 5 blocks away. Went there and nobody was there that could help me with answers to my question, desk person gave me a card

+ -1 moreMark was very friendly and informative. However, on Thursday, Aug 1 when he was at our facility I requested a written bid on redoing our outdated softener and the bottleless water cooler so I would have it in my hands by Thursday, August 8 to present to our board. Mark assured me he would have it to me by the end of the week. Well, tomorrow is my board meeting and I've not heard a word.
Description of Work: Gave me a verbal bid on bottleless water cooler, looked at our outdated water softener, tested our water.
