Olds Lift and Dock Service

He never came on the first day scheduled, and didn't bother to call to let us know that he wasn't coming. On the second day that was scheduled he didn't show up either and didn't bother to call. After repeated calls from us, we finally heard from him, he said he wouldn't be coming - SORRY! If you want someone that you can count on, do not hire Brian, you will never know when or if he will show up.

Brian is very easy to work with. We contact him in the spring and he adds our name to his installation schedule. At the end of the summer we call him again and he puts us on his removal schedule. His schedule is very reasonable giving us as much time on the lake as the weather will allow. When we purchased a new boat lift he drove to Crosslake to pick it up for us and delivered it to our property. During the summer when we had trouble with our dock and lift sinking into the mucky lake bottom, Brian came out to lift them back up and put planks underneath to keep it from happening again. We are pleased with Brian's work and will continue to work with him.
