+ 2 moreKerry was available during the winter to provide an estimate for the project. His estimate was much more reasonable then other estimates we received from builders in Crosslake. We planned to start the project in the spring however delays in other projects Kerry had put our construction into the summer. Kerry worked with us to make sure he understood the materials we wanted to use and make sure the design was what we expected. Once the project started, Kerry was prompt in arriving each morning and worked diligently every day until the project was complete. He cleaned up the worksite before he left each day. He was polite and easy to work with. We are pleased with the final result, it is exactly what we wanted.
Description of Work: Kerry built an enormous deck across the entire lakeside of my cabin (approximately 20 feet by 80 feet). The deck also was wrapped around the side of the cabin and existing porch. The deck is made of composite decking with cable railing. It has two levels and two staircases.
