Excellent! The estimator that came was super nice and professional. They communicated the appointment and followed through as expected. The crew that came was great to work with, did the job safely and cleaned up beyond expectation. I would use them and recommend them again and again!

We saw the Carr's tree truck taking down some trees in a park that bordered out back yard. We called and asked for an estimate because they were already onsite. They gave us the best quote we had gotten for these trees and even gave us a discount of a couple hundred dollars since they were already here. They got the job done quickly and did a good job cleaning up especially since there was snow on the ground and the temperatures had only been in the teens. I would definitely call them again to remove any trees or do any service. Price was good and they were very polite and professional.

Everything about the project went perfectly. In addition to the ratings noted above, they were extremely careful to prevent damage to the house, followed admirable safety procedures. They used state-of-the-art equipment. They were fast and they were tidy. We could not have been more pleased.

It went very well. The estimator gave a firm number, they appeared at the scheduled day and time, they cleaned up everything very well. Nice professional crew. They are a little more costly than some, but work is first rate. I would use them or Eager Beaver in a heartbeat.

EVEN THOUGH THEIR MAIN OFFICE IS IN OTTERTAIL, THE CREW CAME FROM THE COON RAPIDS AREA. THEY DID A FINE JOB OF REMOVING THE ASH TREE AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE TREE DUST.
