We were very happy with Dana Wells. They did an excellent job, very efficient and professional.

While the price seems a little higher than I hoped, the guy after I called arrived within about 30 minutes. The guy was prompt, very nice, explained everything, and honest. He said the well was not the issue which would have been far more expensive, and fixed just the items that needed fixing.

Great experience. He showed up at our house within 4 hours of us contacting him! We thought wed have to replace our well pump. But Dana began by trouble-shooting less expensive fixes and solved the issue at far less cost. He also took time to answer all our questions about well maintenence for the future - which took at least 20 min.

I highly recommend Dana! Amazing service. Our well pump (no idea how old… house is 1941, it is a vertical jet pump) was inoperable due to an unexpected failed switch, leaving us with no water at our house. I submitted a request for bids (marked urgent) thru the Angi app around 6am, and he called me a few minutes later (early bird!) He came out later that day and was able to make the repair immediately. Very courteous and thoughtful communication through the whole process.

Excellent service, I received a return call within 30 mins of leaving a message. This may not sound over the top. But I called at 2:30am I didnâ t have water or water pressure through out my house. The tech promised to be at the house by 2pm the following day, Sunday!!!! He not only showed up promptly, but diagnosed the problem within minutes. I was fearing the worst, but his calming demeanor, knowledge and over the top service, put me at ease. He explained what needed to be done, how he would tackle the repair and approximate cost of the repairs. Constantly keeping me aware of what he was doing and why. He even washes my utility room floor!!!! before replacing a new pressure tank. Which he had on his truck!!! The cost of the repair was VERY reasonable! I will recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an exceptional, experienced, and friendly technician. I canâ t thank him enough!! Thank you!!! Thank you! Thank you!

Dana and Mike I think his name is saved my 50 year old well. I could not even get anybody to call me back for like a year. Everybody wants to drill you a new plastic well for $15,000, nobody wants to work on the old stuff. Except Dana, I requested a quote from anybody 9:30 Sunday night on my computer. Dana calls me back almost instantly. He and his helper are super knowledgeable about old wells as well as new, and they brought my old well back to life after being sick for 15 years . I highly recommend them

They were on time, and even though the actual issue wasn't something they dealt with, they were able to help troubleshoot and suggest next steps.

It was great!! When your well goes out it's an emergency and Dana's quick response and professional manner eased the stress level. He communicated well and kept us updated on the progress. He cleaned up the work area upon completion and also fixed a few other issues without being asked. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

I'll start with the standard disclaimer for 1 star reviews, it doesn't allow 0 star reviews. The work seems like pretty good quality, the plan was just to replace some leaky plumbing for the well tank. Dana shook the well tank, some water slosh was heard, he stated the well tank was shot, he seemed devastated for me. But he said he had a replacement in the truck. His initial scribble quote was $800, I had seen the price for a replacement online for my well tank at $600 + tax, OK $800 doesn't seem like too big of a markup. The end bill was $850 for the well tank. OK, about a 25% markup, I can live with that, a little short of highway robbery. Later I was looking more closely at the specifics of the new well tank on the receipt, it was a different model than the original. Looked it up online, it is a $300 well tank. Let's say liberally $350 including tax and shipping. And he marked it up 140%/$500. All the other items seemed pretty pricy for what they were, but they were smaller ticket items ($225 for 1 hour of labor?). Caveat emptor certainly applies here. I guess I let my guard down because I went through "Home Advisor Powered by Angi" for this service. Never again. Clearly they do not provide any value in terms of certifying the "Pros" in their network. Definitely a fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, situation.

Excellent service. Capped our 144ft well and removed the tank, pump and plumbing. Very pleased to see that gone!
