This review is based ONLY on the installation! As of 11/2, it's still not complete - we do not have a refrigerator or a cook top that we can use. The installer said they or someone would be back this week (week of 11/6) to finish up the 3 incomplete installations, but Warners' Stellian insists no one can be here before the 15th unless there's a cancellation. According to Wolf/SubZero, the installers must be certified by them or the warranty is void. The installers were very personable, and they did partially install the cabinet panels on the refrigerator, which they didn't have to do; but I question the lead person's "certification." He had excuses for why everything could not be installed or installed properly, and in the case of the wall ovens, WE could "fix" that later. And the one thing he called for help with is still pending because no one showed up to handle it. In our case, the installations were NOT free, because you can't just plug them in and walk away. By the way, they have separate teams for everything - delivery people; movers who come later to unpack and move the large appliances into place; then installers. In our experience, each team is quite critical of the others. Some of the criticism may have been justified, but never in front of the customer! Thus the failing "professionalism" rating.

I have purchased several times from Warner's Stellian, sometimes you get good sales people, sometimes just average. No different than any other store. Maybe I have been lucky, but we have had only positive experiences with Warner's Stellian.
Description of Work: Purchased two refrigerators in an emergency. Went in on a Saturday and were able to schedule a Tuesday delivery. Very happy with the salesperson's recommendation. Delivery guys did a very careful job of removing the old refrigerator and checking with me that the new ones were installed to my satisfaction before signing the delivery papers. Called the store almost two weeks later for a price match, as Best Buy had the same refrigerator on sale. They promptly applied the difference to my account without any issues.

The sales process was pretty easy although weekends can be pretty busy times at their store. Delivery was a bit rough, requiring me to have to do a little wall patching due to some damage. The installers noticed a leak coming from my existing water connection which they were unable to repair. I believe it was not something they could have repaired but am thankful they found it and told me about it.....otherwise there could have been a mess that I might not have noticed for several days. I had to have a thermostat replaced on the fridge within 2 months of purchase, but overall that also went well. Saturday delivery and repair hours have been great and do help in avoiding total chaos and disruption to a busy schedule.

The salesperson we had from Warners' Stellian Appliance was very good. She was very nice and very accommodating. The delivery was fine. Once the stuff came and the stuff was not working up to expectations, like food in my refrigerator would freeze on a regular basis, the dishwasher never worked. The problem came in the service of it. They never fixed them and still haven't, to this day. I traded in the dishwasher and upgraded to the top of the line and that didn't work either. They do not stand behind their products and their work. I worked with the headquarters and worked with one of the owners and they were unprofessional and rude. It was terrible. And this went on for weeks, weeks. I have one guy who came in here and told me that, "If you line your silverware up this way, your dishes will get cleaner." I said, "Look at me. I'm an intelligent woman, a mother of four, and you're telling me how to line up my forks and knives in a dishwasher? Really? Get out of my house." I did kick one out. I finally had to kick him up because it was so ridiculous, the things that they were doing. It was insulting. I will never, ever go back there again.

The purchasing experience was very good, especially since I worked with Ashley solely over the phone. I knew which washer and dryer I wanted based on my research from Consumers Report and the internet. Once we determined the items to purchase, Warners' Stellian price-matched a lower price on Home Depot's website! The washer and dryer arrived as scheduled and took about 1 hour to install, including removing the old washer and dryer. The only glitch was that I had ordered a braided stainless steel hose (upgrade) for the washer and a rubber hose arrived with the delivery. The rubber hose was installed until the braided stainless steel hose could be delivered the next day, which was frustrating since I had to take more time off of work to be home to have the correct hose installed. Overall, the experience was good and would consider buying again from Warners' Stellian.
Description of Work: I purchased a new washer (LG WT5070CW) and dryer (LG DLEX5170W) and the respective 5-year warranty on each from the Maple Grove Warners' Stellian on Wednesday. I worked with Ashley over the phone to determine if they had these models in stock (and they did). We arranged to have them delivered the next day. Ashley was very helpful in working with me to get what I needed.

The compressor on my refrigerator died and I needed a quick replacement. Warner Stellian displays a decent line of products, has free delivery and could deliver next day. Their prices are not the cheapest but are reasonable. Most important to me was quick service and quality of product. I also purchased a 3 year extended warranty. While talking to the sales man I made it clear that I really truly desired a somewhat quiet refrigerator. From the day of delivery the refrigerator was the noisiest thing I have ever heard in my life. The compressor was quite loud. Far worse were all of the vibrations that could be heard anywhere in the house. Quite unnerving. A little over a year into owning this refrigerator it broke. Evidently it had leaky condensor coils. Between service being scheduled and parts being ordered I had to go roughly 3 weeks without a refrigerator. Warner Stellian did not offer a temporary solution. I did make quite a stink trying to get them to respond. The refrigerator was a lemon from day 1. Got nothing. The repairman said this particular refrigerator has a design issue which contributes to the noise. He said he would try to make it quieter. No such luck. Over the years I have ordered numerous appliances from Warner Stellian. Twice I have received lemons. I have brought both situations back to WS and never have they offered any assistance. At this point I truly believe that the big box retailers are more likely to stand behind their products than WS.

We bought a stove, micro wave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The sales person was helpful. They had competitive rates and did good installation as well. They were punctual but they did not do a good job in cleaning up. They are a little too cookie cutter sometimes on the service end.

They had a great selection and good knowledge of the products, but the service seemed to stop after the sale of the item. We needed to put in a hood vent and I told them I didn't have an existing one. They came out with the truck and the people, but when they got in the kitchen they said "You don't have a vent so we can't do it". It was a miscommunication and I ended up having to do part of it and contracting the rest of it out. I would only use them again if I were forced to; I would go somewhere else first.

Our dishwasher was so noisy and old. We went online to check our options on the different types we could purchase. We decided to go with the one that was recommended by JD Power Associates. When Warner's delivered it, they also took the time to explain all the features and I am very happy with it.

Left somewhat disappointed and frustrated. Lynne Taylor helped us. She did not appear to appreciate that we did not know precisely which appliances we wanted. All worked well but the dishwasher, which was a total dud. It was noisy, didn't clean the dishes, and repeatedly plugged up despite having a "grinder" to dispose of the food. The repair person (Maytag) was absolutely horrible and they sent him twice despite my specific request after his first visit not to have him return. We argued with the retailer for weeks (and suffered two bad repair visits) to get them to take back the unit. They finally did and we purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Warners Stellian, which has worked out great.

SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PRICES WERE GOOD. HOWEVER, INSTALLATION WAS TERRIBLE. THEY HAD TO COME OUT 4 TIMES TO GET THEM INSTALLED CORRECTLY. WHEN WASHER AND DRYER WERE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ON NOV. 15, 2004, THE LAUNDRY ROOM VINYL FLOOR WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. WARNER STELLIAN (WS) HAD ANOTHER COMPANY(WS ESTIMATOR) ESTIMATE REPAIR TO FLOOR AT A COST OF $1339 DUE TO THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE. BECAUSE WS DEPRECIATED THE VALUE OF THE FLOOR, WS WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF REPLACEMENT OF THE FLOOR (EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMITTED IT WAS THEIR FAULT), BUT ONLY 3/4 OF THE REPLACEMENT COST (BASED UPON THEIR ESTIMATE OF USABLE LIFE REMAINING). THUS, WS PAID ONLY $1004 TO ME AND I HAD TO PAY $335 TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR OF THE FLOOR. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER APPLICANCE FROM WS. IF I DID AND WS DAMAGED OTHER FLOORING, WS WOULD DEPRECIATE THAT VALUE AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY JUST TO PUT THE FLOOR BACK TO THE CONDITION IT WAS IN. VERY BAD POLICY. WATCH OUT!
