TWO WOMEN CLEANING HOUSE

It was excellent and it is ongoing - i have hired them permanently.

They do a great job. I hired them initially, because they make their own non-toxic cleaning products and use them. They are very friendly and wonderful to work with.

Unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone.

They did not respond to my attempts to contact them. I emailed the address which Angie's List indicated as the initial contact point, but did not get a response. After waiting a few days, I left a message on their voicemail. It's been about a week and a half now, with no response to either. I was looking forward to hiring them based on the reviews here, but now it appears I will have to look elsewhere.

Meeting with Two Women services was easy and pleasant. They began cleaning regularly within two weeks. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the way my home looked after their first cleaning yesterday. I am particularly pleased with the fact that they could do such a good job without using dangerous chemicals. I look forward to working with them long term.

They called me back very quickly. They did a great job. They were here for 3 hours. They got things cleaned, I didn't think would ever come clean.

Rosie and Tracy have been coming for a month now, and I definitely plan to stick with them. I was looking for quality people who are dog-friendly and of course excellent cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient they are working together and getting the job done. They listened to my priorities, and got everything I wanted done plus some extra stuff. They brought all their own supplies and even let my 2 large dogs outside for potty break. I highly recommend them!

On time for the estimate and walk through. On time for cleaning and brought their own materials. Quoted for 2 hours of work and the job went over by 1/2 an hour and did not charge me extra.

I was looking for bi-weekly cleaning, and they were very responsive. They called back to say that they were full right now.

Mardi and Rosie are a superb team. They arrive always on time with energy and good humor and never rest until the job is done. Whatever the job consists of, heavy cleaning of greasy kitchen walls and ceiling, removal of sticky gunk from radiators, or more delicate cleaning, it is always done thoroughly and in a timely fashion. We use them on a regular basis and recommend them highly.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND WE HAVE A VERY SMALL HOUSE. THERE IS NO FURNITURE BECAUSE WE ARE MOVING. IT TOOK THEM FOUR HOURS TO CLEAN, ONE ON EACH FLOOR OF THE HOUSE. THE ONE ON THE UPPER LEVEL DID NOT DO AS WELL AS THE OTHER. WE CONTACTED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THAT WE WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE JOB AND THEY ONLY CAME BACK FOR ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO DID NOT SCRUB THE TOILET.

MARDI AND HER STAFF HAVE BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE ARRIVED ON TIME AND LEFT THINGS CLEANER THAN THEY HAVE EVER BEEN. USES NATURAL CLEANING PRODUCTS AND HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO SHORT TIME-FRAME REQUESTS.

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, LISTENED CAREFULLY, AND ACCOMMODATED OUR SPECIAL REQUESTS WITHOUT FUSS. THEY USED NON-TOXIC CLEANING SUPPLIES, WHICH WE APPRECIATED. WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME THAT EVENING, THE HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS. WE FOUND SEVERAL PLEASANT SURPRISES OF THEIR EXCELLENT WORK. FOR EXAMPLE, THE STOVE TOP LOOKED GOOD AS NEW, WHICH WE DIDN'T KNOW WAS POSSIBLE. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

MARDI & CO ARE DOING A NICE JOB CLEANING MY OLDER HOUSE. WITH HARDWOOD FLOORS, 3 KIDS, 2 PETS, A LOT OF DUST AND HAIR ACCUMULATE. I'VE SEEN THE BIGGEST IMPROVEMENT IN THE ''DUST BUNNY'' AREA; THE OLD BATHROOM FIXTURES/GROUT ARE STILL SOMEWHAT DINGY (COULD BE THEIR PERMANENT STATE?) THEY'VE ONLY BEEN COMING FOR A FEW MONTHS, SO I THINK I WILL SEE CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT. THEY ARE ALSO VERY GOOD AND TOLERANT WITH MY PETS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT THEIR APPROACH TO JOBS AND WERE VERY INTERESTED IN MY PRIORITIES. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME AND SO I ANTICIPATE THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WILL GET BETTER AS THEY GO, AND I WAS MOSTLY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CLEAN. SOME DUSTING ISSUES AND THEY DIDN'T GET TO ALL OF MY FLOORS OR INSIDE OF WINDOWS.

TWO WOMEN CLEANING HAVE DONE WEEKLY HOUSE CLEANING FOR ME SINCE FALL OF 04. I DO NOT USUALLY SUBMIT REPORTS BUT I FEEL OBLIGATED TO REPORT ON TWO WOMEN CLEANING BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST FANTASTIC. THEY ARE PROMPT, EXTREMELY RELIABLE, EFFICIENT AND DO WONDERFUL WORK. THEY ALSO ALWAYS DO MORE THAN I ASK OF THEM, FINDING A PROJECT ALMOST EVERY WEEK THAT EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS. ALSO THEY ARE JUST LOVELY PEOPLE TO HAVE WORKING IN YOUR HOME.

I USUALLY DO MY OWN (RATHER MEDIOCRE) HOUSECLEANING, BUT OPTED TO HIRE IT DONE AS WE'D BEEN GONE FOR SEVERAL WEEKENDS RUNNING AND WERE EXPECTING HOUSEGUESTS. WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A DATE QUICKLY AND CONVENIENTLY. NADA AND ANNETTE SHOWED UP ON TIME (EARLY, REALLY!) AND DID A GREAT JOB IN THE TWO HOURS WE'D SCHEDULED. ALTHOUGH I CAME HOME FROM WORK TO MEET THEM AND SHOW THEM AROUND, I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE LEAVING THEM TO DO THEIR WORK ALONE.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE! ALTHOUGH THEY COULDN'T DO THE JOB I WAS LOOKING FOR (IT WAS VERY SHORT NOTICE) THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. THEY ALSO CALLED ABOUT A WEEK LATER TO INQUIRE IF I NEEDED ANY FURTHER ASSISTANCE.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH TWO WOMEN CLEANING HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL AND FIT ME IN WITHIN 24 HOURS CALL. THEY MUST HAVE BEEN TERRIBLY EFFICIENT, FOR THEY COMPLETED EVERYTHING WITHIN THE 2 HOURS THEY ALLOTTED. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL TO COME HOME TO EVERYTHING GLEAMING. I THINK THEIR PRICING IS INCREDIBLY REASONABLE - PARTICULARLY IN VIEW OF THEIR EFFICIENCY, PLUS THEY BRING ALL THEIR OWN SUPPLIES SO YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT SETTING STUFF UP. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING THEM AGAIN.

MARDI AND KAREN WERE PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, VERY HARD WORKERS AND THOROUGH. I APPRECIATED THAT THEY BROUGHT ALL OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTS, SUPPLIES AND USED ENVIRONMENTALLY-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS. AFTER A REMODELING PROJECT EVERY SURFACE OF OUR HOUSE WAS FILTHY. THEY CLEANED WALLS, DOOR FRAMES, WINDOWS, LIGHT FIXTURES AND EVERYTHING. THEY SEEM VERY HONEST.
