+ -1 moreIt was a horrible experience I reported Twin City Heating and Air to the BBB were there will be a report on this company for three years. The company would not answer nor return any phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!
Description of Work: I have a Home Warranty and they contracted Twin City Heating and Air to replace my furnace. The estimate he gave the warranty company called for several modifications and added fees which the warranty company said would not be covered but the responsibility of the home owner. The owner Jeff Mogen did the work himself and there were no modifications needed it was just a disconnect and re-connect the Home Warranty company provided the furnace. When I called him he was rude and said well a guy needs to make money too. He is a dishonest person and I hope this note will save someone else from losing money to him. The job took about two-three hours and he did not have to modify or provide materials and charged $1,120.00. He also failed to pull a permit before doing the work and until I reported him to the city he still did not pull the permit once he pulled the permit the city sent the inspector and he agreed he did not modify anything and charged for work not accomplished.
