Great job - installers were prompt and professional and we were pleased with the quality of the carpet.

We were in a hurry to get work done (we had water damage in our house) and I ended up doing the tile in our bathroom and we purchased carpet from another store. However, I still recommend going to the store and considering this business since they know their stuff and their price was competitive with other places.

After a year of researching and looking for flooring I saw the reviews of Town and Country on Angies List and decided to visit the showroom. Lucas Farrand listened well as I told him what I was looking for and the kind of budget I was able to work with. He was very knowledgeable in the different floors and carpets. I took home some samples, and narrowed the floor down to wood laminate; I wanted to see something different in the carpet. We met again and I took home some samples that resulted in a choice. We set up a time for one crew to come in on a Monday and Tuesday to install the kitchen and dining area. We moved the furniture into the living room The crew was on time, efficient, friendly, open to questions, and cleaned up the area when they finished. Two Mondays later, another crew came in and replaced the carpeting. They moved the larger furniture in the living room into the kitchen and put it back when they were finished laying the carpet. They also were on time, efficient, friendly, open to questions and cleaned up the area when they finished. They were finished in five hours which was three hours less than I expected. They worked hard, no breaks. They were respectful of my time and home (no dents in the wall, cleaned up). After a year of checking out stores, etc. and being more confused with each place I visited, I met Lucas and within four weeks, I had the floor and carpet installed in my home that I am very pleased with. I credit Lucas and his staff for the guidance in selection, and showing how to get the job done. Since we have an older home, Lucas picked well seasoned installers that could deal with any unforeseen problems. Lucas was thorough in explaining the Warranties and how to care for the carpet and laminate.

Lucas at Town and Country is very professional and helpful. He listens to what you need, not only what you say you want. Once our flooring was selected, we were very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the installation team, and with the follow up. The installation was done over two days (one for the laminate and one for the carpet) and after each day, Lucas followed up to ensure that we were satisfied. Everything went very well and we couldn't be happier. The price was very competitive too. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good flooring options.

I had a good experience with the installers. They arrived around 10 a.m. and finished around 8:15 p.m. There was some exercise equipment and heavy furniture which I needed them to move -- besides removal of the old carpet and pad plus installation of the new. They were very professional and did a beautiful job of installing my new carpet!! When they finished, they had to move all that heavy stuff back again.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Lucas Ferrand, the owner. He showed up on time for appointments, gave me a fair and honest appraisal of the jobs, suggested products and colors, and completed the work on time and on budget. His flooring installer went way above and beyond when installing the bamboo to hand make edging around the fireplace and to get the perfect look-at no extra charge. The attitude of this company is service first-a rarity in this day and time. I am a very fussy and perfectionist client and was more than 100 per cent satisfied!! My flooring is absolutely gorgeous!

Town and Country installed carpet on my steps and in my new addition. Lucas was very professional. He dropped off the the trim pieces prior to the carpet installed. He was able to match our laminate floor perfectly. Town and Country is locally owned and operated. The sales person Brandon was great. He explained everything to us in detail. From the time we ordered the carpet and had it installed it only took less than two weeks to order carpet and have it installed. The installers were very professional and fast. They started at 8:30 and done by 11:30. Cleaned up thoroughly and they did vacuum the carpet. They even took away the debris. I was very impressed with Town and Country and would highly recommend them.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. BRANDON WAS WHO I DEALT WITH THE MOST. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY ENDED UP CHARGING. THEY KEPT CHECKING WITH THE INSTALLER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK.
