THEY GAVE LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT THEY DID AND WHY. THEY REMOVED A MAJOR BLOCKAGE TO ONE OF MY DRAIN SPOUTS CAUSED BY DEBRIS CATCHING ON A NAIL, AND SAID WHEN THEY WERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AGAIN AND HAD THE TOOLS, THEY WOULD STOP & REMOVE THE NAIL. SAID THAT ONCE THAT WAS DONE, I WOULD ONLY NEED TO HAVE MY GUTTERS CLEANED EVERY OTHER YEAR BECAUSE THERE WERE SO FEW LEAVES. PRICES VERY REASONABLE.
