They did a great job. They had it scheduled so they can cover other stragglers that needed the job done. They came when they said they would and did a good job with their work. Their price was a little high, but I knew that they would do a good job. I will continue to use this company in the future.

The designers were professional and easy to deal with, and the price was one of the lowest quotes we were given. The crews were a bit slow and did seem to take some shortcuts, but all in all, it was a good experience.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR FIVE YEARS. THEY ARE HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY HAVE ALSO ANSWERED QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SYSTEM (WHICH I OFTEN HAVE, SINCE IT CAME WITH THE HOUSE WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS).
Description of Work: PIONEER MIDWEST, MAINTAINS A LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM THAT CAME WITH THE HOUSE WHEN WE PURCHASED IT. THEY WERE THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED IT, SO I CHOSE THEM TO MAINTAIN THE SYSTEM. EACH FALL, THEY PREPARE THE SYSTEM FOR THE WINTER MONTHS.

MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
Description of Work: HAVE PAID $250 SO FAR, BUT I''LL BE CHARGED MORE IN THE FUTURE: SPRINKLER SYSTEM PIPE BURST. HARD TO GET SCHEDULED, BUT GOT THEM OUT ON 4/28. THAT EVENING WENT TO RUN THE SPRINKLERS AND THEY WOULD RUN FOR 30 SECONDS AND THEN STOP--ON AND OFF FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. CALLED THE MORNING OF 4/29 TO REPORT THAT THE SPRINKLERS STILL DIDN''T WORK. SAID THEY WOULDN''T BE IN OUR AREA UNTIL MAY 12 AND WOULDN''T COME UNTIL THEN EVEN THOUGH THE SPRINKLERS WEREN''T REPAIRED COMPLETELY WHEN THEY CAME. THEY''LL PROBABLY CHARGE FULL PRICE AGAIN TOO (MY GUESS).
