We signed the contract on March 30th, and were told they would start in a month or so, depending on the weather. The crew showed up on May 13, which was well within our expectations, especially considering the awful weather this spring. The job was estimated to take about 2 weeks. The siding crew worked every day from about 8 AM to 6 PM, except for a couple of half days missed due to rain. Their part took 1 day over the 2 week estimate, but there were those two rainy days. The gutter guy came 2 days after the siding crew was finished. Every day they cleaned up the area before going home. Upon completion they did a thorough clean up. The guys on our crew were friendly and fun to deal with. They took time to explain things when we had questions, and offered suggestions when we were uncertain about some things. The salesman helped us with the new design of our home. When the work was complete we couldn't believe the transformation, and neither could the neighbors. We've had many, many people compliment us on the new look, even people we don't know. We are totally satisfied with the whole experience. A word of advice to anyone having their house redone: Take "before" pictures so you have something to look back at and marvel at the change!

They did a great job overall. Our house looks AWESOME! We had a few things that needed to get fixed and they were very responsive and willing to get them fixed as soon as possible. There are still a few things that need to be completed, but they are minor. Overall, the quality of the work was superb!

The contract was signed on June 16, 2012 and we were told that the work would be done sometime between the middle of August and the middle of September. On July 27, 2012 I called to ask when the work would be done and was told the completion would be by the end of August. I called August 27 and was told the work would be done next week. The next week when I called, I was told next week. Frankly, I finally had to call and delver an ultimatum to get the work done by September 15 or get our depost returned. I had to initiate all the calls to find out when the work would be completed. I had been told that the work would only take 2-3 days to complete and I agreed to a 2-3 month timeframe on June 16. The work was completed on the last day of the 3 month window. The installation of the stone, siding and shakes was completed and I am satisfied with the resultant appearance. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. All Lino Lakes City inspections were compled and signed off. I mailed the final payment to the company.

The siding and stone work look great. I was disappointed with the clean up though. We are still finding pieces of metal siding in the grass, we had to clean up cement out of the flower beds and chip some off the driveway and other areas. Other than the less than stellar clean up that was done, we are very happy and will have them come back to do the rest of the house once we have more money saved up.

This vendor did a beautiful job on our house. The house is 20 years old and the old siding was rotting in several places. We replaced our siding, fascia, soffits, gutters, shutters and garage door. We even added stone to the lower front half of the house. The siding we chose was seamless steel, sage in color, with a clay colored "shake" on the peak of the house and for the trim around our windows. We also chose a beautiful new garage door. The vendor removed all the old materials in one day and removed it from the premises immediately. They then took about a week and a half to install all the new materials. They coordinated with different vendors to do the various jobs ( i.e., stonework, siding, garage door). They were always prompt in arriving, were professional and friendly while doing the work and cleaned up at the end of every day. They even honored all the potted plants and landscaping! We had a problem with the wrong size shutters being delivered, but they fixed the problem immediately. We are very pleased with how our house looks now. We have had several people tell us we have the most beautiful house in the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering them for their own homes. We give them an A++.

Steve gave us the presentation and totally sold us on the seamless steel siding. We did meet with other contractors prior to our decision and decided that Spotless and Seamless gave us the better deal, and had very high ratings on Angies list. We signed the contract on Sept 20, 2011 for siding, stonework, new front entry door, gable, shutters and leaf guard gutters. We signed another contract on Oct 3, 2011 for the removal of our old deck and to have an Azek low maintenance deck built. Steve was very good helping us decide on the colors and the changes that we were making to the look of our house. We were told that everything should be done sometime in November or December of 2011. The stonework was started Nov 2. The stone install looked pretty good. We did have to call Steve to have the installer come back again to redo the window sill. The stone below the front windows did not have the wider stone making it look unfinished. This was redone with no problem by Nov. 26. The deck removal was completed by Nov 28th and the deck was started a short time later. We were concerned about the start of the project involving the stonework and the cement footings for the deck, luckily we had a warm Fall. The day before the front door was installed, Alex, the owner, asked that we purchase our door knob for the new door. We were originally told that the door knob was included with the door and even remember picking out a nickel doorknob (which was also written on the contract) when we met with steve on Sept. 20th. We had to go out and purchase the door knob that night for the next day install. We were reimbursed for the door knob as promised at that time. We would have appreciated more notice for this purchase than next day. The siding and the front door install was completed by the end of the year. Steve wanted the final payment on the siding before the installation was done but we did not pay at that time. Also the city inspections had not been done yet. Steve did not know that the shutters and finishing touches had not been done, it was dark when he came to collect. He said he didn?t know that the project had not been completed. Discussions were held about purchasing a screen door with Steve several times. Steve even looked at our brochure and helped us determine the correct size screen door. An appointment was made in February with another contractor and time was taken off work to install the door. When arriving at our house, the installer said that the siding was not finished properly around the door to install a screen door. The wrong type of trim had been installed and made the install of the new screen door impossible. We had to have Alex redo the siding around the door. Another appointment had to be scheduled and time taken off work for the installation of the screen door. After the siding install was completed, the grout was added to the edges of the stonework. Since there was a time between initial grouting and the final grouting, this resulted in a big difference in shade color and was very noticeable. Alex had to have the stone installer return and correct the problem. There is still a little difference in the color shade but we accepted the outcome. We had to go through several inspections before the final inspection was approved. The first inspection, we learned that the deck steps did not pass code and there had to be an additional handrail installed on the deck steps. There were additional support braces or brackets that had to be installed. Apparently they had been missed during the deck install. On the 2nd inspection, the corrections had not been done so this inspection pretty much ended quickly and was marked as incomplete also. Alex had the additional handrail installed and the step problem corrected. When the deck steps were corrected, the steps had to be removed and reinstalled. The person that did this used different color plugs that fill in the holes where the screws attach the steps to the framework. The different color plugs were really noticeable and Alex had the correct plugs installed. Another thing that had happened was the concrete slab at the base of the deck step had suffered some weather damage. After a conversation with Alex, we agreed to him installing tiles over the cement. It took a while to get this done but it turned out very well and looks great. The tile work was completed June 2012. With this done, we were ready for inspection #3. This inspection was completed and everything passed. This work was completed March 2012. It was also learned that some of the required inspections were not done when they were suppose to. Lists of all required inspections and code requirements are listed on the work permits. Alex sent pictures of the Siding, Stonework and Deck work to the 3rd inspector and he approved the work. We are very happy with the seamless steel siding. The quality is outstanding and the colors look great. When it came to the stonework and deck, once done, we were very happy. Our house looks like a new updated house and we have gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors. We recognize that there are sometimes glitches working with contractors and we understand that. Communication is very important to us. We found that there was quite a communication problem between Steve and Alex. Steve didn?t know exactly what Alex was doing. We were told many times through the process that something would be done the next day and wouldn?t be done for several days or weeks. Alex was even told by us that he needed to work on his integrity and communication with customers. He continued to have these same issues. On two occasions Alex had appointments with us. Both times, he was a no show, no call. Each time he had an excuse and did apologize for his failure but this does not help with maintaining his integrity. It really disturbs us that our experience is so different than all the others. Perhaps if we only had the siding done, we would have had a much better experience. Adding the stonework and deck seemed to be too much for this company to handle. We feel that this entire process had been dragged out way too long, 9 months!!! Final payment was made on June 26th 2012. If we do business with Spotless and Seamless again, there will be a definite timeline to follow and the final payment will not be made until everything is complete. A word to Angie?s List customers - Do not ever make full final payments until the project is done and the city inspection is final. We made the mistake of paying 2/3rds of the final payment before the work was entirely done. The work seemed to stop at that point. Also, get a copy of the final inspection for your records.

We noticed another home in the neighborhood with the SSE truck outside. We really liked that fact that there were no seams in the siding. We phoned Steve Roth, their sales representative for an appointment and a quote. This was no slap-dash quote! Steve came over and spent well over an hour going through the different types of products that we could use and the pros and cons of each. He carefully measured everything. He listened very well and noted the various specifics that we discussed and things that were important to us. He calculated a quote and we were able to come to decision on all but the color right then and there. Steve returned the next business day to personally deliver larger size color samples so we could mull over the color decision.Within 3 weeks, the material was the SSE crew arrived. They were terrific! They were the epitome of good craftsmen and their work ethic was amazing. They did the extra things that make the fit and finish have that professional look too. They really have a "can-do" attitude and it was a pleasure to have them around for a week and a half. And they were so neat about everything, cleaning up everything at the end of each work day. Toward the end of the job they discovered that the downspouts were not the right size; but they just placed a call to the office and the owner himself delivered the downspouts so that the job could be completed. Once the job was completed, Steve phoned to set a time to walk around with us and to be sure everything looked good and to our satisfaction. We couldn't have been more satisfied! They exceeded our expectations in every way.

Got several estimates of different products from wood to vinyl to steel. Met Steve, the sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. We know it would be expensive because our house has a lot of siding, but Steve's quote was very competitive with other products we looked at. He had a great understanding of the product, the warranty and other issues. He kept in touch during the project. They started right around the time they thought. The real plus was the crew and the work product. We had a three man crew. They worked incredibly hard and were perfectionists. They told me of any problems they found under the siding and fixed the problems. They cleaned up every day. I am overwhelmingly pleased with the result. The curbside appeal is great, as it looks like wood, but won't wear out. We have had several large storms and the gutters are fantastic. Steve really knows how to design a gutter system that works. Many of the problems we had on our old system are now gone. All in all we made the right choice with this company and would highly recommend them to others considering siding or gutters.

We called them for an estimate which was the second one that we had gotten. They beat the first estimate by so much that we signed a contract on the spot. We even cancelled a third estimate they we had previously scheduled. They started the job when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Kudos to Spotless and Seamless Exteriors, Inc. for the excellent work that they did.

We requested an estimate to reside our home in late December or early January. Steve arrived on time and had all necessary materials to give us an estimate. This was one of three that we requested. Even though the estimate was a bit higher then the others we felt that we would get the best results from this contractor. The siding team arrived on Friday April 20 and started removing the old siding. Problems with the base came to life and we were contacted to see how we wanted to handle this extra. By talking this over with Steve,one of the owners we came to an agreement to correct the problem. The crew were very courteous to my husband and each other. They each knew what there part of the job was and went about it. At the end of each day they made sure that all old siding and scraps were picked up. They walked around my home at least twice and sometimes more picking up. I felt that I could go outside on my lawn without shoes and not step on any nails or trash. We have more home improvement and will DEFINITELY will contact this contractor.

Getting an estimate went pretty smoothly and we were confident going with this company when we started. Steve would respond to calls promptly and even set things up on the weekend in the middle of a personal social event. Although, it was weird how Steve said if we went with vinyl siding instead of steel we would be eliminating 50% of the market since vinyl is such a terrible choice for siding. I am not a fan of vinyl by any means; however, our house was $175,000 before the upgrades. A house that price would NEVER need a super high end siding product for resale. We are not in an upscale area and we are now the nicest looking house on the street by choosing vinyl. We had agreed to do the roof and then a week later added the siding job as well. Steve had said they would start the roof within 1-2 weeks- he said this for 4 weeks which was a little frustrating. They finally started the roof- they were done in 1 full day which was nice. However, my husband (who has done many roofs himself with his family) went to check the work the next day and noticed a 6" X 1' HOLE! There were just shingles and no wood underneath. We were not happy. Alex came out right away and he had the roofers come back and fix it properly so that was good. They were messy. We are still picking up nails- literally hundreds have been found all over our driveway (which is dirt and harder to see) and all around the yard. The final product looks great and they did fix anything that we were concerned about. The siding (after the roof) went much better. The work was good and they completed it in 1 week. They were very clean with picking up for this job. This went pretty smoothly. We had a handful of communication problems between us, Steve and Alex through the whole process in general. We did get a nice upgrade and the house looks much better now. I'm not sure where we went wrong, but we didn't have a super smooth experience. We are very happy with the final product though! In the end Alex cleared everything up with us.

We had originally considered James Hardie siding, but the more we looked at installed jobs,the flaws really stood out with hardboard,the seams, warping,even paint peeling was very evident,and the contractor could not promise this would not happen with their install,our goal was maintenance free siding all along so they suggested seamless steel siding which they did not do, so after more research on Angies List, We contacted Spotless and Seamless Exteriors. Our initial call to Alex Petrashov went very well and he set up a meeting with his sales associate Steve Roth who was very thorough in explaining the many advantages of US steel siding, it not only met our requirements but exceeded our expectations! We visited their showroom and looked at the product and color choices and We looked at some of their installations and were very impressed,after looking at so many hardie jobs previously,US Seamless Steel siding really stood out for us,and SSE jobs were very good. It did not take long for us to make up our minds that this was a great choice.The price was not only reasonable but was very well within our budget. Steve made us feel very comfortably with the siding process, helped us with color choices,and scheduled the project when we wanted to proceed. Alex sent his Father,brother,and crew to install the project and they were simply the best.I had some concerns with sealing the gaps in existing sheathing and they were very accommodating,also worked with my spray foam insulation contractor to coordinate installation during project.They were truly Craftsmen installers,paid attention to details,and the job was perfect when they were done.A very professional installation! All work was measured,manufactured and installed on my site,very impressive! We definitely have noticed a considerable reduction in our heating bills too! If you are considering maintenance free Siding,you will not be disappointed with Spotless and Seamless Exteriors and their product line.We are very impressed by the professional quality and workmanship.The lifetime warrantee on fading and peeling of US Steel siding also closed the deal for us.Highly Recommend this company!

Spotless & Seamless removed the old vinyl siding from my house (approx 1600 sq. ft home), removed an old deck (approx 12x14), and replaced the siding with seamless steel siding and new shutters. I also had them remove and replace two service entry doors and a storm door, and remove a useless single pane window that was sucking energy out of the back of the house and taking up needed space in the laundry room. They insulated the space where the window was removed, added sheet rock (they did not do interior finishing work (taping,sanding,painting), and coordinated everything (deck removal, door installation, window removal) so that the job was still completed in about a week. They did such a great job, and the house looked so beautiful that I decided at the last minute to add new down spouts to the gutters. They were also able to fix an annoying problem with a gutter that was badly positioned and improperly draining. The team was fast working, polite, professional, and accommodating -- having to work around my deck guy coming in to install the ledger board for the new deck. I did a ton of Internet research and solicited eight other bids before deciding to go with Spotless and Seamless. I couldn't be happier!

We have signed a contract with them, and we are on their books to do it in April. The man that came out to us, was very professional. He was prepared, he explained what product he was giving us an estimate on. He gave us a choice on two or three different ones. We could not have asked for a better person. We had others come out, and said he would get back to us, and he never did.

I liked them and they did a really good job. The house looks great. They were late in starting but once they started they were punctual. The only weakness that I found in dealing with them was that they could communicate better with their clients. I think they could keep them better informed about the timelines. Once they started they were fine but keeping you informed as to when they are going to start could have been better. It could have been a small thing to others but it bothered me and I thought there could have been better communication.

Overall, they did a great job. The crew showed up promptly every day and cleaned up the site before leaving. The siding looks great, and we couldn't be happier.

Art came to our home on a summer evening and in great detail went through all of our siding options. He went through the pros and cons of each type of siding, and specifically laid out the process we could expect in the coming weeks after selecting our siding choice. As we went forward, Art would call with any updates or new ideas that he had. The team arrived on day one of service promptly, and went about the business very professionally. The yard was spotless each night during tear down, and again during installation. There were no surprise expenses, and at no time were there delays. The siding was installed very professionally and looks beautiful. Art again came by to wrap up everything and was a pleasure to work with during the whole process. I would recommend Spotless & Seamless Exteriors to anyone who looks for professionalism and no nonsense approach to the work. I can say that I did shop around and the other seamless steel company in town didn't come close to being in the same league in any of the categories that mattered to us.

I would like to recommend them for their excellent job of siding the older home that we purchased a few years ago. The products we chose, seamless steal siding looks fantastic and the work was accomplished neatly and on time. As we drive around the neighborhood, I am more aware of the siding on other homes in the area and the no seam feature of our siding looks so much nicer than the overlaps and seams on others. Since the siding job, my husband and I have hired Alex's company to install new windows, new gutters (with leaf guard), a new roof, and a deck, all done to our satisfaction. We now love our NEW old home, thanks to Alex and crew! We are now thinking about having them redo our kitchen as well.

I got quotes from (4) siding contractors. All four quoted vinyl siding, with seamless aluminum gutters with leaf guards. I was not fully satisfied with any of the vinyl siding quotes. I decided to try Angie's List to locate other contractors. Spotless & Seamless Exteriors Inc. was one of the better rated company"s. They were A rated in all categories and had been awarded Angie's List 2010 Super Service Award. Plus they are a local family owned company. The quote I got from Spotless & Seamless was $ 2000.00 more than the better quality vinyl siding. The fact that it was seamless and more durable than vinyl siding , plus the superior design and quality of their gutters and leaf guard system. was the reason I choose Spotless & Seamless. Our sales person Steve, was very experienced and helpful in deciding on style and colors. Steve gave us an approximate start date for the work to begin and it began as planed. When the crew showed up they courteous and friendly. They explained what they would do and when it would happen. They made sure to clean up and put away materials or equipment at the end of each day. Their skill and craftmenship was apparent as the job progressed. When the job was finished they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the look and quality of the finished job. I would highly recommend Spotless & Seamless Exteriors Inc.

Friends and family ask us now that it is done if we would ever do it again. We can honstly say, "yes", if we had the help of Spotless and Seamless. The expierence was actually kind of fun. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the ideas that Spotless would come up with for the house after hearing us discribe what we were looking to do. It was great to stop by the porperty and see the progress that they made. Everyone at the company was great to work with, they were all very polite and great workers. They did what they promised and more. It was truely a great experiance! We have refered them to one of our friends who had them do some incrediable things with her home as-well. I had seamless steel siding, soffitt, and fascia installed, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! After removing my old siding, they replaced some of the rotting plywood underneath. They worked with my existing sattelite to bury the unsightly cable under the siding. The crew was very professional and efficient. My new siding, soffitt, and fascia are beautiful and my neighbors are envious. I met with a number of different contractors before choosing SSE. SSE was rated highest on Angie' List, and I was really sold on durable seamless steel siding. A lot of the other contractors used high-pressure tactics, and tried to steer me towards vinyl siding and window replacement (not a priority for me at this time). Steve from SSE was very professional and honest, and I truly believe I got a great value for a superior product.

The quote was for $16,000. They were very thorough. They went through everything. I didn't get any other quotes. I cannot speak for their price or value, but they gave a very good account. I was pretty happy with them.

Art responded to my request for a quote. He was very professional and low pressure (which was a delightful change from previous experiences with window sales). The permit was pulled, windows came and were installed on time. The only issue was the finishing (outside of window) by the workmen; they left without finishing one window and did not inform us that they were leaving (just disappeared). Art immediately got them back and had them finish properly.
