Honestly, the project was as smooth as you could hope for. I ordered the steel siding, which has an amazing warranty and is so beautiful! The guys who did the install cleaned up the site each day before going home. They went above and beyond- they took down all the old unused cable lines and stuff that the previous owners had attached to the exterior. They installed my new lights, put on new house numbers, and wrapped everything so precisely. I had purchased a new dryer vent cover- but they brought one that matched the siding. Alex, the owner even reached out to me after the work was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. I feel like this company is the best of the business world; it's a small family owned operation supported by a national company and product. This was a great experience and I would recommend them! +

The work was completed in the time frame that was given to us by the sales person. Alex was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way.

We called this company because our friends had used them and had a great experience. I wasn't disappointed. One of their guys came out right after we called and walked us through all the options with us. He explained what would happen, and how they work with the insurance company. They said their price would usually match the insurance company estimate. Then their team came out one morning, ripped off the old shingles and replaced the new ones--and they were finished by suppertime. All in one day! There was not a single piece of a shingle, and not a single roof nail in the yard or driveway. They cleaned everything up. And we have a beautiful new roof! And they did come in at the insurance estimate, so I was only out my insurance deductible. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat.

The work went extremely well. They removed multiple layers of siding from the house and one layer of siding from the garage as well as removing the old soffit and trim. They added new siding, trim, and soffit to my house and garage. They also replaced some rotting wood on my garage before adding the new steel siding. They were hard-working and professional every time I saw them. My neighbors who work from home told me that they watched the Spotless and Seamless crew work and that they were always professional and kept noise to a minimum.

They were VERY upfront and no gimmicks or hassles. Fair price with excellent workmanship. The clean up I was most impressed with since my wife has an at home daycare it was crucial that the clean up was "spotless" & it was. They did a great job with follow up to ensure satisfaction. I would NOT hesitate to refer to a friend or family.

It went great! I love the siding, windows, and door trim. They even took care of ensuring that my originals storm windows and screens would fit once the new trim was installed. I am happy with my siding. The crew was great and were prompt, and each day they were there, they cleaned up at the end of the day.

From the start, Steve was extremely thorough and took his time explaining all the materials and the process of how the job would go. The crew came on time and kept things tidy. Everything happened the way Steve had explained it would during our initial visit. I had gotten 3 different quotes for the job and was so impressed with the communication and time from Spotless and Seamless exteriors. Alex and Steve were easy to reach and quick to respond to all of my questions. I really liked the book of referrals with addresses so I could check out their previous work on other homes. No pressure sales. Great pricing. So fast and clean I didn't even realize they had come to the house when I got home... till I saw my calendar. The product is great too. I forgot the name, but they are the capped gutters. Done with squirrels, leaves, and getting on the roof! I was worried I would regret spending the money, but man it is getting harder and harder to get up there every year. What a blessing with all the leaves coming down now.

So happy I picked Spotless and Seamless. They were excellent to work with and the outside of my house looks great! They were extremely professional, on time and over the top with their customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their exterior.

This is the best company my wife and I could have hired for this. I have not seen any people that work so hard and long. On Sept 4, 2015, their new company branded truck rear ended me while I was at a standstill. It was driven by the company president Alex Petrashov. He provided insurance information. The damage was for $1,156.14. I contacted their insurance company Integrity Mutual Insurance who investigated this. Turns out that their vehicle was NOT listed on the policy and the claim was denied. I have a letter from them stating that. I notified Alex of this via email and he called on Sept 24, saying he would mail me a check for that amount on Sept 25. To date, I have NOT recieved a check - we live in the same city. I can not get a response from him via email or phone. No one answers any of the phone numbers he gave me. I guess we go to court. Why won't they pay for the damages they made and why does he not uphold his responsibility? I finally got a check for the total amount placed in my mailbox on September 30, 2015. This matter is now settled and I can move on.

We had hail damage to our home's roof and gutters and they needed complete replacement. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the material and workmanship for our new roofing and new gutters. Their salesperson was very helpful with our insurance claim. He was very knowledgeable in helping us in picking out the type and style of the shingles. He suggested improvements in how the new gutters should be placed for the best roof rain water flow. The workmanship was excellent and timely. The roofing looks very good and adds to the curb appeal of our home. The gutters look great and we got a very close color match to the siding trim on our house.

Fantastic, Alex worked hard to work around our difficult work schedule. We have a lot of flowers and shrubbery around the house which they were very careful not to damage. Very impressive attention to detail.

This is an revision to my previous review of March, 2015, in which I complained that three of my storm windows did not fit, and I didn't get any response from the company. After I posted my initial review, Alex called and explained that our issue had kind of fallen through the cracks, and they would work to rectify the problem. One week later, they fixed the storms. This was the only issue I had with the work that they performed, and they did an excellent job otherwise.

They did a really good job. When they pulled off the old siding there were lots of nails on the ground, but I called them back and they came back and cleaned. Outside of that I thought they were excellent.
