Very easy to work with. Provided an accurate estimate prior to work. He kept us informed of when he would be on site, dropping off materials or performing work. As work progressed there were two things we wanted done differently and he changed it without any issues. I would contract with his company again.

I received Mark's contact information from my plumber. He was able to come out the day after I called and made recommendations for how to fix it as easily and for the least amount of money. He had photos of his work with him for me to review. We scheduled for the job to start the next week. I was really impressed with what a thorough and meticulous job Mark did. Even though it is the right thing to do, he really didn't have to inform me of the water damage and mold issues. He and quot;donatedand quot; the insulation for the job. He was a great communicator and reported on his progress daily. He really displays pride in his work. I would hire Mark again for future jobs, even those outside of tile work.
