Installed a irrigation system

They repair our sprinkler system if it breaks and provide sprinkler blow out service every year. They are perfect and we have had great luck with them. They respond right away and their prices are reasonable. They have come out every time that we had more repair. They also show up on time.

Excellent. Sean came out exactly when he said he would and went over the project with me, explaining everything to my satisfaction. He gave me a quote on the spot. His quote was within $25.00 of another quaote I recd. I called Sean a few days later to go ahead with the project. He scheduled it and the project was completetd exactly when he promised and everything went fine.

They were great. The owner, Tom, spent a great deal of time with my husband. He explained what they would do and how everything would work. They were more expensive then another bid we received but my husband was impressed that Tom took the time to go over everything with him so we picked them. The instal was great. The Lead man on the crew, Mike I think his name was, was awesome. He made sure the workers were doing exactly what they should. They left the yard in great condition. Cleaned up everything. When we had some issues with the sprinklers, they came right our and made the adjustments.

I met with Tom Spanier in May of 2008 and was immediately impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He was the first one out of four that I got an estimate for a sprinkler system installation. The second thing that set him apart from the others was that a few days later I got a personal thank you note in the mail for just the opportunity to give me a proposal. I have never gotten one of those. It really stuck in my mind. I received the other three estimates and all four were within $100 of each other. I went with Northwest Landscape based on my contact with Tom and also they were the only one of the four that proposed to do the plumbing correctly from inside the house. All of the others wanted to add the backflow off of the outdoor faucet. I have seen our neighboors and it is not pretty. Ours is nicely tucked away behind our house. The crew that performed the installation was very professional and hard working. They cleaned up everything and showed me how to operate the system (which was very easy). They also were the only ones that offered a comprehensive three year parts and labor warranty. I have had a couple of the sprinkler heads replaced and each time I called into their office I was treated with respect and they were right out to fix the problem. I was told I may have some sprinkler head problems since our lawn was in disrepair and very sandy at the time of installation. I had the system blown out by them at the end of the season and that went just as well as all my other contact with Northwest Landscape.

I was overall satisfied with their work. When working they cut the telephone wire. I can understand that. They said the location marking was off. After the sprinkler system I hired them for snow removal.They charged me 75 bucks where my friends and colleagues seem to get the same thing done for 40 or 50 bucks.

Sean was prompt and very professional. His price was very competitive and he was excited about his product. I had a very nice meeting with him. Based on other reports here and my own experience I would definitely recommend giving him a call for your irrigation needs. I ended up going with a different company for some personal reasons but was confident that Sean could have done a good job.

This company was recommended by my lawn and yard company. I had three estimates. Sean, their rep, explained everything to me in detail. They were careful with my lawn and did not tear it up during the installation.

Very satisfied overall. Both the scheduler and the service tech were very friendly, professional, and efficient. Dan repaired the valve within 15 minutes. With a 1hr minimum charge for the service call, I expected that since the requested job was "complete", that would be it. Instead, what really impressed me is that Dan spent the remaining 45 minutes setting up our timer, making sure each zone was functioning properly, realigning a few of the heads, and offering a couple suggestions for possible system improvements they could do down the line. To me, that was all "value-added" service for the same price they could have charged for just doing the work I requested. I was very impressed overall.

Met with Sean for the estimate. Very nice man. Great personality. On time for the appointment. My neighbor's system was installed by this company over 10 years ago. He had nothing but great things to say about Sean and the company. Sean and I walked through the yard together and discussed what I had in mind for lawn irrigation. I explained how I wanted my gardens watered versus my yard. We met for over an hour discussing the system, etc. His estimate was close in price to another I received. I went with this company based on Sean's knowledge and demeanor. On the scheduled installation day, he arrived on time with his crew following shortly thereafter. Very fast installation. Cleaned up well. Highly recommend.

Easy as pie. Sean came out and gave us an estimate. It was more than other companies, but he emphasized quality and experience, and was willing to negotiate on the price. He scheduled us about 3 weeks out, and called to check in. The system was installed in about 4 hours, and they didn't even tear up the lawn or leave any mess. Sean came out afterwards to show us how to use the system and adjust the heads. He said we'd receive a flier in the mail for a neighborhood discount for winterization.

From the initial phone call to the execution of the installation to the present day where winterizing and repair is needed, the work produced is of the highest quality.

Responded quickly by phone and were out promptly. The cost was quoted over the phone and was as stated. Neat job as it required digging in the rocks and replacing them when done. I am on their schedule for fall blowout. They are a little higher then my other company but I feel they responded to my needs faster and more polite then the other company.

Sean's a very nice guy, and efficient. We receive a reminder card to have the system cleared each year, and he shows up promptly at the scheduled time. Price was not bad, given the importance of protecting this investment in a system like this. It seems a bit steep for 10-15 minutes of work. Of course, to rent the large air compressor needed for the job I'm sure you wouldn't stand to save much (if any) expense. I don't think the cost has increased for the past few years that we've lived in this home.

This is an amazing company. Sean is a delightful business man and very accommodating. I am so pleased to know a company like this.

The Northwest crew was prompt, respectful, and did their work quickly and efficiently. They did track some dirt into the house, but given the need to go in & out to test the different zones, it was a minimal inconvenience. Payment was not required at the time of service, but instead an invoice was sent to my home.

NORTHWEST LANDSCAPE DID AN AMAZING JOB ON A VERY CHALLENGING SITE. MY HOME HAS A FOUR FOOT RETAINING WALL BEHIND THE SIDEWALK WHICH REQUIRED THEM TO BORE UNDER THE WALL IN ORDER TO GET TO THE BOULEVARD. THEY REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO GET THAT PIECE IN. THE SYSTEM IS COMPLEX WITH 9 ZONES TO COVER SMALLER LAWN AREAS AND LARGE PLANTING AREAS. THE COVERAGE SUPPLIED IS EXCELLENT. NORTHWEST'S SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS TOP NOTCH. ALSO, THEIR PRICE WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH TWO OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED.
